My guy took me here for my birthday January 12 of this year suppose to had the most expensive room but the room didn't look like the expensive room he had it set up very nice but the smell in the room smelled like cigarettes so you know they don't clean well on top of that the remote control didn't work we had to keep going to the office to get remotes that still didn't work as for the smell we sprayed car freshener to eliminate it the old dvd/cd player didn't work and the water is not hot at all they gave us a late check out only for the clean up lady to snap in Spanish

This was our final stop from our long road trip. Walk inside and youll see old school decor. The gentleman who attended us was really easy going. 60$ a night. They have both indoor and outdoor rooms. Hallway inside looked really nice. I wanted an outside room even tho the gentleman offered us an inside room ( which he said were bigger). They have smoke and non smoke rooms. We got a smoke room and i couldnt even smell anything in there. Nice A/C unit, bathroom, shower and complementary soap and towels. Pets are extra. Very nice, clean establishment. Not too fancy either tho.

In a 2011 Channahon-Minooka Patch newspaper article about the Manor Motel, the current owner is quoted as saying the place was "built like a bomb shelter," referring to the structure and the layout.
