Roaches and mostly occupied by displaced persons housed there by public dollars so even though it’s not the cheapest price motel there’s more illicit activity than a typical cheap motel in the area. The motel is in bad shape and the rooms all on the fairly deplorable side. Many rooms
occupied by the long term guests are totally destroyed with broken furniture hoards of trash graffiti shopping carts etc. Ive stayed in or been inside of almost all of the rooms aside from most of the ones way in the back which aren’t used much. The jacuzzi room is whack and very awkward and doesn’t really

One of the worst!!! Beside a run down room, the people at the front desk were extremely unfriendly. The place was noisy all night. I did not sleep in the bed, as I did not trust it. They asked for five dollar deposit for tv remote and front door key. I am not happy with Priceline for suggesting this hotel!!!

I stayed here because I was over booked on price line. I was a little concerned at first- this place is okay.

BAD business from the owner. I was quoted one price and I get there and it's fifty dollars more. Then another guy elks in and he gives him a different price. Price gouging per customer. Find a better place to spend your money. At least try.

This place is always available. However, more improvements are needed.
The TVs are too small. The carpet needs to be replaced. A small table would suffice opposed to the desk/table. Add at least 2 chairs this way one isn't sitting on the bed causing indentations. Toilet paper should always be full upon entering for the night. Lastly, the bed should have a soft comforter instead of the outdated, hard one provided.
I will continue to visit, but it won't be my first choice unless those issues are addressed and resolved.

I knew the hotel was in the hood so I didn’t expect much. I checked in room room 127 this weekend and immediately went to cleaning the room. It smelled like fruity alcohol fermenting. Not to mention the many stains on the walls (some look like dried throw up) Lamps, bathroom floor etc. The room was poorly cleaned as I found food left in the fridge and a thermos in the top dresser drawer. I kept telling myself “it’s only for one night” and managed to get through it. The bed was decent, the bathroom was very outdated and the jetted tub I paid extra for did not work. Should definitely be a last resort situation, and I'd suggest bringing your own bedding. Staff was nice and the rooms are spacious and have potential, but they're filthy and the sheets/shower were definitely not washed since the last guests stayed. The light fixture in the bathroom was dangling from the ceiling, about ready to fall off, and there was what looked like blood on the walls. I would not plan to stay here longer than a night, and even then I'd avoid it.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Easy location. Lovely murals of what Los Angeles is known for. Unfortunately, the motel is quite old and worn. Perhaps they are short-staffed and have had difficult clients. It's good to wear slippers on the carpet. There is a closet rack but no hangers. No hooks at all - nowhere to hang up your clothes. Also good to travel with your own sheets. 🛌

You get what you pay for. The hotel was very charismatic I love the Oscar paintings and the paintings of famous places in LA. The hotel that we stayed at did not seem run down like most motels the rooms were quite comfy Although our shower drain keeps clogging and hair (not mine) would come out of the drain. The staff Rock clean towels everyday. And the person at the front desk seems a little overworked but was very nice and a attentive. the one thing that I would say that I did not lie to other than the shower or how dirty the carpets felt
