Lucy, Head Trainer, founded Fitness on the Edge, LLC in 2008 as a solution for clients who were seeking personalized training in a private environment. The trainers all hold a diploma and are highly qualified. We stand by the importance of a knowledge-based personal training. We require all trainers to have a diploma in personal training and be highly skilled in knowing the anatomy of the human body.
Every trainer's priority is to provide a safe workout for the client that promotes well-being and improves physical/mental health. With the help of Lucy and Daniel I was able to lose 100lbs in just a little over a year. I never once felt restricted or my life defined by my workouts or diet change. Lucy was available 24/7 to answer any questions I had and help keep me both mentally and physically on right path.
I only left Fitness on the Edge because I moved out of the area but I even considered traveling back and forth once a week to still take sessions with them! I met Lucy through my massage therapist Adrienne...I have wanted to work on my body as well as just over all feel better. Lucy does a thorough interview in order to tailor your workout to fit what you want to accomplish.and Daniel is excellent in giving a good training with weights. The personal attention is just what I needed to get me going. I don't intend on stopping soon and hope to get stronger. Lucy is also concerned about what you eat as well.....after all if you workout and eat burger king Dont look for good results..it is a commitment and journey you take together. What a personal touch
