The contract is basically a scam. We called and talked to a manager at our club (148th/Metcalf) last May of 2020 when everything was closed due to the global pandemic. We were told that we could cancel our membership so naturally we thought it was all over and we could move on with our lives. However, we were NOT TOLD that we had to provide a written cancellation or come in person to cancel. Now, a year later we're trying to get a refund of the $1200 charges we accrued WITHOUT EMAIL RECIEPTS since we thought our membership had been cancelled the whole time. Absolutely ridiculous. My son, Jacob, is 9 years old and he loves going to class! Ron and the staff are so nice and they know how to make everyone feel welcome. Natalie does a great job keeping my son’s attention and wanting to come back for more. He works so hard and it is great to see him have so much job and pride in something. After several emails and phone communications between myself and owner of BoxUnion/Title Boxing Club Loudoun Station, Joe M****** on August 27th and 28th, he responded refund is not an option for personal training packages as per contract. I asked at least three times via email and phone to provide a copy of that contract for my review and depicting the refund policy/terms and condition. To date, I have not received a copy of this contract as one does not exist.
My membership/contract expired on or around September 24th, 2019 and contract was never renewed. I continued to purchase personal training

Brought my son who is 4 1/2 yr and had a private lesson with Ron the owner. He was fantastic and my son loved it. My daughter even jumped in and will be joining. Knowledgeable motivating and super friendly. Signed up for a who does of lessons. Would highly recommend Title boxing to everyone. Young old fit our flabby this place is great.

Visited title today to inquire about returning to in club classes. Both Estevan and Jeremy were very helpful in guiding me and my wife on how to sigh on to register for classes both trainers were professional, friendly and efficient in getting us set up. I go the Ashburn VA location, and today I was treated horribly.I have kickboxed for 13 years and we move to the NOVA area 2 years ago and the classes are not that great. I like to kick and most the classes are now boxing. I was told that I can throw in my own kicks and today the instructor teaching the class told me that I am distrubting the class, for I am doing my own thing and I told him if his classes were more challenging I wouldn't have to add my own kicks. We went back and forth and I got upset and said so what are you going to do kick me out of your class for adding my own moves.

I really really liked the work outs & the trainers but I've had a heck of a time with their customer service. Their radio advertisements and club advertisements say bring a friend they sign up you get a month free. The club that "holds" my account will only accept that offer if I bring them to that club. Which is not convenient to where I live anymore. They say you can work out at any gym across the country but you can't credit my account when someone signs up at a different club than the one you signed up for? I didn't see that anywhere and I was told by the club

I am part of a club in Arvada, CO. I have been a member since day 1 and they just closed the doors with no notice to members. Not only that, I was charged for the month and now have to file a dispute with my credit card company because they do not answer the phone.
Not happy with this situation, it shows an utter lack of caring about customers. When I joined they had great boxing classes, but after a few months they just did basic cardio classes and they became no fun.

PLEASE be careful in signing up with TITLE BOXING. Make sure you have no medical problems. My boyfriend & I both signed up, went, did love it, but it was way to much considering we both had spinal surgery, was told we could give it a try & if it didn't work, they would tear up our contract. Well with my boyfriend was way to much, they where good on there word. I had to go get a Dr. sign of for me and they are still charging me & refuse to call me back with any explination & this has been going on for 8mo. All iam saying is just dont take them for there word.
