Bridgeview believes in combining cutting edge technology with proven therapeutic programs to improve outcomes, decrease length of stay, and to get each of our guests to their highest practicable level of function and discharged to home whenever possible. Offering physical, occupational and speech therapy with experience in treating a variety of neurological, orthopedic, and medical conditions.
Anti-Gravity Treadmill gives geriatric patients and their physical therapists the confidence to take a larger step forward in their therapy than previously possible. Safely improve patients' mobility, and as a result, increase independence during day-to-day activities and improve wellness. Provide a fall-safe environment, giving elderly patients the confidence to walk further, faster, and with a more normal gait.
Bridgeview offers accommodations with modern conveniences and classic comforts. Our private and semi-private rooms and suites are appointed with custom designed furnishings and include a deluxe bathroom with a private shower. Specialized therapy programs for physical, respiratory, and speech needs, pain management, cardiac and cognitive rehab, and wound care treatment.
Most people have questions before they start skilled nursing, like what type of clothing to pack and what's therapy going to be like. To help families feel better prepared, we've provided answers to those common questions. Typically, the hospital social worker or case manager will arrange transportation for you and then pass along the information to you, your emergency contact and Bridgeview.

Well finally getting to do a review on this facility. My father passed away here a year ago but had spent 5 years here. Up until his final year things were handled quite well. During his final year when Covid locked down th÷ facility everything changed. My family. Members would visit a couple times a month but when under lockdown they made it very difficult to speak with my father including saying he was sleeping or some other excuse. He also caught Covid while in this facilities care. Unless they opened up things in the last year I would be suspicious of the care your loved 1 is getting. I know

MY MOM WAS A PATIENT HERE SHE WAS DISCHARGED ON JULY 9, 2021 TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 29, 2021 AND BECAUSE OF THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE, THEY DID NOT DISCHARGE HER OUT OF THERE DATA BASE. THIS HAS CAUSE MY MOM SOCIAL SECURITY HALTED ALL BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE HER AS A PATIENT THERE. THEN I SPOKE WITH DEBRA ON 09/29/2021 AT 9:00 A.M SHE PROMISED ME SHE WOULD FAX OVER DOCUMENTS TO SOCIAL SECURITY AND TO IDHS AND NOW AT 4: P.M STILL NO DOCUMENTS FAXED OVER GROSS NEGLIGENCE

Met with the staff and loved the new renovated facility. Everyone was very kind and patient with us when we decided that our grandmother needed some assistance. We are very happy that she will be in good hands. They answered all our questions and made us feel like she would be treated like a family member. Highly recommend!

I had a really hard time finding comfort in the process of finding finding a healthcare facility that I could choose for my grandmother. The communications within Bridgeview Healthcare was the best I found. Great communications from the start. Smooth transition as we got my grandmother comfortable, and we are confident we made the right choice.

Monica the Social Worker, Keia the Care Plan Nurse, Nurses Janice, Kimothy, Palestine and Care Assistant extraordinaire Arlene and Aya make the place run like a tight ship.The Therapy department is the Bomb Rochelle and the ladies really care and treat the clients like their family members. Even the receptionist Cynitha,Kelly and Stephanie; are so sweet. All the staff that that I've encountered treated my mom like their mom or grandma, I never had to worry about mom while she was in their care and I can't forget Nursre Yomi so nice and caring.

It’s funny how so many people share their bad experiences but won’t take the time to write a review on their good experience. I am a visiting nurse to bridgeview and I have had a wonderful experience. Everyone has been professional and kind. The aids are very friendly and I hardly ever see anyone sitting. My patients that I care directly for are very well cared for and their families are happy with their experience. Thanks Bridgeview, for opening your doors to me!
