I *LOVE* Xpress Pharmacy! It was due to a suggestion to switch pharmacy's by my nurse practitioner. I'd only ever gone to big box pharmacy's growing up and into adulthood. Everyone is amazing! They know it's me when I call and it's like I'm talking to one of my best friend's. I legit made a call earlier in the week and the pharmacist/tech who answered the phone was like, "Hey, Malana, what do you need!" We actually laughed over it because I was so thrilled that I didn't feel like just another transaction or patient ID.

I had an amazing experience with this pharmacy. They were able to handle my fathers prescription and have it delivered the same day. It was not just their efficiency in delivering the medication, but also their excellent customer service. I felt like I was speaking to someone who wanted to take care of me as if I were their family. I will be coming back here for all my needs. When I came into the pharmacy to get my Dads diabetic medication, the whole staff just gave me positive energy. The young girls who work there are so vibrant and helpful. The girl Manar and her brother (the pharmacist) was very uplifting and reassured me that the staff will make sure my dad receives the proper care and understanding of his new lifestyle as a diabetic patient.

I live out in Blue Island, but my family gets their medications when needed from Xpress. They are fast, convenient, and funny (that's a plus!). We always have a great experience there, especially when Jay and Manar are around. They do not hesitate to go the extra mile for us, and we have been loyal costumers for over a year.

I have been a customer since April 2018 and the service as well as the consultation has been tremendous. I lived in the city of Chicago at one time and since I moved to Bolingbrook and am unable to pick up my medication they mail it to me. The staff is personable and always treat you with care and respect. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for that "Personal Caring Touch".

I believe wholeheartedly that this is the best pharmacy ever. Rarely encountered a waiting time for my meds and the pharmacist is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I can almost bet that guy knows every single patient he has encountered by name. The staff are a bunch of hard workers that will do anything to make sure you are satisfied. Also free delivery of my meds? I can't ask for more.
