Very disappointing!! From the road it looked sleek and lit up nice! But turns out it was….Disgustingly dirty!! Rude staff!!! Cigarette burns on sheets. Told front desk we would like it cleaned and with fresh sheets and covers. Said they would do it. We stripped the beds so they would know we wanted sheets changed. We left and when we came back after a long day our room looked exactly the same! Not a thing done! Went and asked front desk about it. Needless to say he was rude and rolled his eyes at me. I guess at least he gave me some fresh pillow cases :/

Do not stay here. I paid for a weekly and I don't have any hot water or heat in my room. There was hair all in the tub and on the toilet. Good thing I bought my own cleaning supplies. Also they have something flying around that won't go away. For the location you would think the hotel conditions would be way better.

I was outside cleaning a friend's it's a friend's front windshield. It was so dirty I was worried she couldn't see properly. When a is a security officer pulls up Is demanding that I Vacate the property. And I didn't bother asking why I'm just didn't want any troubles I'd very nicely told him this wasn't my car then he asked what room I was in I told Hi told him embasically from there he went crazy.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY NASTY!! My husband and I walked in the room and walked right back out. It’s a little after midnight and the place is like crack head central. We told them we wanted a refund that we would not be staying there. I’d be surprised if we get a refund, this place is very nasty and the man in the office is very shady. We are now at the Country Inn & Suites right down from that nasty place. If you want roaches and or bed bugs then the Lotus Inn is the place for you.

I'm at the hotel before my flight to the airport the next day and not allowed to be inside where it is cool I paid for my booking and have my deposit but I came after 12 pm after checking out of another hotel I stayed at for a conference. It's 86 degrees and it's humid and I would have to clam a refund.would left it no star once in the room no privacy and tub or draw that have the phone wasn't clean note to self never stay here again!

Absolutely horrible. Tons of dust on everything, door that didn’t even shut properly, stickers and marker all over the headboard of the bed. I asked them to clean the room while we were gone shopping and they said no and instead suggested a refund because they “lose money cleaning”. I graciously accepted his offer and went elsewhere.

The first room looked yellow because the ac smelt like smoke sooon as you turn it on . There was mold I had my kids here I thought it was unacceptable I told them can I change the room. And the room I changed into the toilet made a loud noise like it’s getting drilled and the tub when you shower held water in the tub . 😒. I asked for a refund they refused. I never again will go here . Someone should post updated pictures of the rooms . Because when I looked at the pictures before I got the room I thought it was nice but actually it’s a scam smh. I don’t recommend this place to no one especially
