WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I called to verify availability for a 7-8 AM check inn. I was treated so foul over the phone that I lost interest in staying. The front desk Agent did not identify herself. Upon asking for the availability the straight answer was "Absolutely Not".
At first I was confused of how I was answered to and asked again in disbelief and the answer was the same.
I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be making any business with Congress In at any time in the future.

It honestly was about as good as you can expect for $40 every three hours... I walked in and the guy at the front was pretty rude. He said he would call the police if we had more than two people in one bedroom, and treated us like we were dirtballs the entire time we interacted with him...? He seems to be paranoid. The inside of the motel room was okay. It wasn't clean nor dirty, just average. The bathroom was microscopic. But I mean if you're only staying a couple of hours or a night or two, it does the job.

This place is awful. Good luck trying to get the staff to do anything. Lied to my family and kicked us out of the room said that people from Texas are coming just because I slammed the door when room service came during a medical crisis. They are evil I wouldn't have done it normally. I was going through a lot. I am injured homeless and disabled right now. Heartless. Without warning just said u can't stay to renew. Toaster broke they told me to go across the street in the rain refused to fix it. The microwave is in a foreign language so u don't know what you are doing on it.
