Took phone in for battery. They said they had battery in stock and they would call in about an hour to pick up. 3 hours later I called them, they said screen broke and they had to keep overnight to order new screen would have done by next day. So they got that done, went to pick up. Only charged me for battery. Was happy. Put phone back in my case and didn't think anything of it until I took out of my case next day to put new screen protector on it and noticed a few scratch marks around the edge, figured that's how the had to fix it, then noticed by the two marks my back was cracked. I have to say they are awesome, my phone was fixed within an hour and a half maybe sooner. They were very nice about everything, and helped with all questions. I do notice on the side a slight dead pixel but that isn't even a big deal compared to how the phone looked when it went in for repair. I don't understand why there is so many negative reviews and comments. They at least go above and beyond to fix your products.

Street parking right in front if you can parallel park and bring 2 quarters to feed the meter though you won't spend more then 5 minutes there. I dropped my phone off to replace the screen while they work on the phone you can just cross the street to Dunken donuts. An hour later and 80$ phone fixed!

Been there twice. First time they fixed my screen after I dropped it in the water. Worked great, super affordable and fast service, 5/5 stars.
Brought my phone in to have the charging port replaced. They had it for about a week and had a hard time getting the old one unsoldered (gold soldered units are really unusual and take a wicked high heat). They ended up replacing the old one but melted part of my phone and delaminating the screen (which had just been replaced).
When I went to pick it up they showed me the damage, and tried to charge it but it wouldn't work and ended up paying me the difference

I brought my iPhone 7 in to get the screen replaced. The replacement was very fast (about 2 hours) however, the quality of the replacement screen is much poorer than one from Apple. Force Touch no longer works, and the colors are not as vibrant. There is even some distortion on the screen when I press the home button with enough force. Overall, it was pretty good service, but you pay for what you get. If I could choose again, I probably would have paid the extra money for an Apple replacement.

Had them replace my Note 8 glass, with a perfectly fine LCD and was told I would leave my phone with them for two days. Went to pick up my phone and they told me it was 3 days and the employee working there didn't know what he was talking about. After waiting an extra day I received my phone which now has dead pixels and dust on the lens for the front camera. Asked to have my LCD replaced and was told I was out of luck. And that they could take my phone for another 3 days to remove the dust from my camera. But they couldn't do anything with my LCD. Poor quality of work and poor customer service

I have had several different devices repaired here. The staff has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have referred friends and family members here due to their excellent customer first approach, always with wonderful results. They use quality parts and are honest with their work. I would recommend them for anyone that needs a device repair completed at a fair price from honest people.

I purchased glass repair for my note 5 via eBay and they did replace the glass but they bent the SPEN which I asked them to pay for a replacement pen - which they refused. I also noticed the the camera which used to take crystal clear pictures now takes pictures that are slightly blurry. I tried to leave negative feedback and eBay to alert other buyers but somehow they were able to have eBay hide my feedback.
Really don't care about the money but I want to warn other potential buyers that they may damage you phone and will not be held accountable for the damage. There are other negative reviews

I used their mail-in service to replace the shattered screen on my Samsung Galaxy. Every quote I received locally (Atlanta, GA) was for $200+. This company replaced the screen for $32.99 (which included the return shipping). The process was simple and easy. My phone arrived at their facility on 5/25/2017. It was repaired and mailed back on 5/30, delivered to my home on 6/02.

I've gone to simpletech twice in the past nine months for the same problem and received a similar experience both times. Back in November I was starting to have trouble with my charge port. No matter which charger I would use, I would get an error stating that it was either charging slowly or not at all. I purchased a new charger and that also didn't work. I took it to simpletech. They actually kept my phone for several days longer than initially explained, and when I got my phone back it charged fine. Unfortunately, I learned a few days later that my mic and headphone port were nonfunctional

I would recommend them for very simple fixes. Cracked screen. Anything that involves opening your phone, simply go buy another phone. I took mine in to have the charging port fixed, the rest of the phone worked great. I picked up the phone, paid $60. The charging port worked with some manipulation, was far from fixed. It's what they Broke in the process. When I attempted to make a call the screen went black, the caller could hear me, I couldn't hear them. I returned the phone to them, they couldn't fix what they Broke. Still out $60 and had to buy a new phone.
