This place is amazing they have fixed my laptop and my desktop both gaming devices and brought them to life. They pushed my stuff forward due to one of them forgetting got call me but that is understandable. They were really great people to talk to and helped me a lot on getting my gaming laptop and desktop back up and running. A great hidden gem for computer sales and service in Baldwinsville. My laptop keyboard quit working. After days for trying to solve the problem myself from reinstalling the drivers to reinstalling Windows, I took it to Computer Outlet North. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning keyboard. They ordered the part, installed it and had my laptop back in no time. During this time I was in the market for a gaming pc tower. I priced the ones they built at Computer Outlet and compared them to other retail stores including the big box stores. After having an extremely disappointing experience at Heagerty's, I went over to Computer Outlet to try and sell a computer. While unfortunately, I did not get the names of those who assisted me, everyone there was extremely pleasant. I was able to receive an offer for my laptop that met my expectations. Upon looking around their store, they had lots of great PC's ranging from gaming, to basic, to laptops and every accessory in between. If I am ever in Oswego, and need parts or services this will be my go to place. Well done Computer outlet, keep up the good business.

Over the years, my family has return to Computer Outlet North for a variety of services. I bought a desktop through them where they installed a second hard drive to dump my stuff onto from my last computer, which was a great solution to a space issue I was having. My mom bought a laptop from them and they worked with her often to help her with tech support. I've also recycled computers and gadgets through them. Their staff is trustworthy and friendly.

I love this place. Super knowledgable and friendly. They replaced my battery a few years ago, and now they saved my computer too when I thought she was finally gone. Apple told me I could drive 74 miles to have it serviced because it was an "obsolete product" when it was a minor issue that Nelson serviced in a day. Highly recommend. Thanks again :)

I had purchase a web cam and ended up returning due to the quality. They said that they’ve been having a hard time getting them in but offered to call me when they could get better ones. I picked up my new one the other day and it works great! I appreciated them for offering to help me find one that was better quality - Great customer service!

I brought my hp chrome book to be checkef out as I had been scammed band didntn known if my computer was safe. The staff st computer outlet north could not have been mote obliging. They checked my computer and phone thoroughly. I left feeling confident in my equipment. I also want to vommend their patience and they were extremely polite. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I recently sent my laptop here to get the keyboard fixed as some of the switches were starting to wear out and become responsive. They ordered a new keyboard and installed it in store within a few days, and am typing this on that new keyboard. 10/10 would recommend. If I have any other computer issues I will be sure to stop by again.

I recently took 2 desktop computers to the Oswego location for their annual service. As I am far from being computer savvy and not sure how to explain things in computer lingo, the techs I dealt with listened to what my needs were,understood me, and took care of everything in a very professional and timely manner. Have been taking my computers there for many years now, and have never had a bad experience. They are there for the customers best interest, and will never give you a sales pitch, or try to sell you something you do not need. I find their prices to be very reasonable and would highly

Brought in my netbook to have it repaired. I had recently dropped it and thought the jack insert had been damaged because it wasn't charging at all.
Turns out it wasn't the jack insert that was the problem, but the charge cable itself. They ordered a new cable for me and i had my netbook back in working order in a shorter time then i had originally anticipated. The cable was extremely affordable and works great.
The staff listened to what i had to say on my initial visit and were very pleasant to interact with. Just an all round great transaction from start to finish.
