The following day was Ted's birthday and he decided he wanted to make the overnight trail ride to Grass Shack, on the back side of the Rincons. That menu will come out Monday 11/15, and we plan to offer pretty much what we did last year, as it was very popular. Services
This new year finds me in a new state: Arizona! My two horses, Baghdad and Jazz, moved also and have adjusted happily to life on the east side of Tucson. Ted and I are having a wonderful time riding in the Tanque Verde wash (a dry, sandy riverbed this time of year), and soon will ride into the Rincon mountains.
We are headed to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, for a couple of weeks. I would like to thank everyone who has found this site and called me to order, especially since we have been in Tucson, Arizona! I must say that the Tucson people I have met have been very nice, and a pleasure to bake for, as they are very appreciative.
Our treats have a rich taste; however, the "richness" does not come from butter, sugar and eggs. In the Carrot Cake, for example, it comes from the fresh carrots, crushed pineapple, organic raisins and walnuts combined with the organic whole grain oat flour and organic agave syrup for a dense, moist cake.
