I have been doing business with BR telco since 2016. I recently paid off a loan with them but they held onto the electronic lien even though the check cleared my bank the day it was given to them. They are still holding it. I have called repeatedly to check on the status and have been told incorrect information or been given the run around.… Update: I called again and requested to speak to a manager(it was Friday), so I was transferred to Chelsey (or Chelsea) and went straight to her voicemail- left a message on the details and requesting a call back. I’ve never had a bad experience with Telco, but today they went above and beyond. I had sleeping children in the car, so they allowed me to use the drive through for a service that’s usually only done in the branch. Be careful with this federal credit union they run your credit without disclosing it which is required by Louisiana law. Which will cause a impact on you’re credit. I already filed a report Friday 6/4/21 to consumer reporting agency for this problem also made a complaint with the BBB. It’s a good thing I was recording the lady which is legal under Louisiana law La. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 15:1303.
