Really let down with Kevin and Tom. I did not find out about a 500 dollar price increase until I called them. They didn’t have the decency to call me and inform me about it ahead of time. And just general bad customer service. Tom had the audacity to try and spin the fault back at me saying they only made a hundred dollars or so on the deal. But you don’t care about that do you? I did not respond to this as I don’t respond to BS. Hey if that’s the case you need to find another business to be in guys. Which I did not and do not believe in the first place. I have bought a couple trailers

Tom and Kevin are 2 of the best guys that anyone could ever ask to do business with. I have bought 4 trailers from Tom and the quality and price are the best. Tom and Kevin, thanks once again for getting me exactly what I needed in this new trailer build. But because I'm constantly growing, don't be surprised if I call up net year for a larger trailer, lol...just like I do every few years, lol.....Thanks!!!!

Our business has purchased several Cargo Craft trailers thru the years from Central Trailers.
We put many hard miles on these trailers and I have to say they have held up so much better than the other brands we have used thru the years.
Actually we've traded off everything but the Cargo Crafts.
Life is hard on oilfield tool trailers. Our employees are not gentle on anything.
And when we had an issue (rare), Central took care of the problem.
We've never had leaks or structural issues.
All trailers are going to use up tires and burn out bulbs.
Nothing last forever.
Our company will continue

My trailer threw an axle near Tulsa so I decided to purchase a new one. The owner convinced me of two things which he promised. "I don't sell junk and I stand behind my product". Within 1000 miles my cargo craft trailer had a tire go bald and knot up. Within 2500 miles I blew a tire and ripped off the fender. I've had tail lights burn out, lost light covers and the sheet metals screws are either gone or need to be tightened. Upon contacting central I was pawned off to the manufacturer with no help. They have stopped taking my calls and refuse to help. This is not a revenge review...just a warning
