I purchased a Big Tex 16TL Trailer today from Trailer World of Tulsa. Ryan was outstanding in his customer service. He walked me around the Trailer and actually found a couple of factory defects and fix them on the spot and sent me on my way. I will certainly buy all of our future trailers from him. This IS the place to go if you want to buy a trailer. We’re from Arizona and hands down, this place has the most exceptional customer service out there. Ryan answered the phone, even in the evening after business hours. He sold us a trailer over the phone & it was absolutely seamless. We arrived in Tulsa at his dealership after hours and he waited for us. He even offered to come back later if we needed because we were going to eat prior to arriving since we weren’t sure where we would fit our new 40’ Big Tex gooseneck. We were done literally in a few minutes - he had all of the paperwork

Web page a lot of stuff on what we wanted. We drove down on a day they were closed and looked at it. Call them on the phone ask few questions, which were answered promptly and accurately. Settled on a price, drove out signs one or two pieces of paper and drove away with my new utility trailer. I'm very pleased with the product and the service.

Recently stopped by Trailer World of Tulsa after a friend referred them to me. Ryan added no pressure whatsoever and went out of his way to show me multiple trailers and explaining the ins and outs of them all. He is very knowledgable of the trailers and will beat the price on any competing brands. I would recommend them to anyone. His wife works in the office with him and they were extremely friendly.
