Terrible customer service - Angie , the manager? gave me her number to call in case of emergency and there is an emergency business line. We were not provided with deadbolt keys as we were traveling for business, needed to keep the home secure.
First evening coming home - the keys provided would not unlock the door in the garage that was our only access to the house - after no response from office, called locksmith who repaired 1.5 hours later. Sadly company failed to reimburse us $149.oo - locksmith fee.
