Solterra Vacation Rentals by Solterra Realty LLC is Tucson's active furnished rental management company. Our experienced professionals are setting a new standard for customer service in everything we do. We provide all guests with our after-hours emergency number, local police and fire numbers, and we post important information relevant to the guest's stay in all of our furnished rentals.
Members of the Tucson Better Business Bureau and the Tucson Convention and Visitors Bureau (VisitTucson.org). We offer real estate services and professional property management. Enjoy a bit more space with a little more privacy in our well appointed town homes. Each is fully furnished with complete kitchen and all linens.

Our condos have everything you need to live in style. Each unit is fully furnished, down to coffee grinders, swim towels and patio seating, including your own washer and dryer. Many of our condos are in resort-style communities which may offer heated pools, fitness centers, tennis, spas and more.

Our properties allow online booking, reservations are offered on a first come first served basis. We offer our properties for monthly stays. The agent we dealt with is Kimber who is professional, friendly, accommodating and just wonderful!
The rental unit was nicely decorated, clean, well -stocked, had nice amenities (pool, hot tub, gym) and in a great location. Any small issue that came up was quickly resolved by the friendly and competent makntenance person.

Solterra Vacation Rentals manages my vacation rental property located in Racho SinVacas. I own several rental properties and have worked with many property managers for the last 20 years. I can say without hesitation that Kimber is the best Property Manager that I have ever worked with. Kimber's customer service for renters and owners is over the top. She responds quickly to any inquiry seemingly 7x24. She is laser-focused on making the experience for every guest a high priority which results in renters who are repeat customers every year. We had a great experience renting a Vistoso Casita for 3 months while we were buying a home in Oro Valley. The pre-rental questions were answered thoroughly by Kimber, the unit was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and Kimber continued to promptly answer any questions we had after arrival. I would highly recommend Solterra Vacation Rentals!
