I was looking for a nail salon to fix my nail after I arrived in town from late evening flight. This salon happened to be open. I came in a hour before closing and was so happy when they still took me. From start to finish my nails only took 30mins. They looked great when I left. After 3 days I noticed the polish was bubbling. When I pushed down on the bubbles water had collected between the acrylic and the gel polish and squirted out of my nail. It was gross! My nail polish began to peel off by day 4. Day 5 I went back and notified that their lamp or polish must be messed up. The manager instructed

I've gone to the first location as long as it's been open and it's never disappointed. This is their second location opened not too long ago and is amazing as well. All techs are super nice and do a great job. They do get super busy so wait times are sometimes long but given that this is the second location it's not too busy at times.

My sisters and I recieved pedicures. I told the young kid multiple times he was hurting me and he didn't stop, never even looked up or apologized. He made me bleed a couple different times and then put rubbing alcohol on the raw spots to make them stop bleeding which obviously burned. My toe nails are slanted and not straight and he just stopped listening to me when I was trying to explain that. I am by no means a picky person and I get severely anxious to even speak up so for my experience to be like this even after speaking up is very disappointing. I will not be returning. Went to this salon with my sisters for a nice relaxing day and it was anything but! They used old nail polish, their words, so I had this weird texture all over my toes nails. I had to sit an additional 45 minutes so they could take off the polish and and redo my nails all over again. Cut my toe nails way too short and did not shape the nails properly. Do not go here!

I put 4 stars out of respect for Daisy. She's the best nail tech there. The manager schedules you for an appointment but doesn't put you down with who you ask for. You'll have an appointment set for 1pm and if your nail tech is still working on another customer, the manager won't come by and won't even apologize after waiting close to an hour. Like I said if it wasn't for Daisy, I would not go back, and I would give it 2 stars.
