At Marietta Smile Gallery we can provide dental treatment for the entire family. We offer minimally invasive treatments for children as well as preventative care for adults and children. Preventative care includes check-ups, oral rinses, sealants, and early cavity detection. We can also schedule cleanings for the entire family.
Achieving Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry is one of the few added distinctions a general dentist can achieve. The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) is the only professional association exclusively serving the interests and needs of general dentists. To earn Fellowship in the AGD, dentists must take more than 500 hours of education courses in various disciplines.

I have anxiety about going to the dentist, but I’m so happy I chose to come to Marietta Smile Gallery. The office is warm, friendly, and comfortable. Dr Thomas has an excellent bedside manner and took his time examining my teeth and working on the procedures needed, putting my comfort and care at the forefront. Every hygienist I worked with was efficient and friendly. Finally, the front desk receptionists are amazing! They were able to schedule my appointments quickly and thoroughly explained my treatment plan and the associated costs. This is a very professional, clean, and caring dental office

My daughter and I have received services at Marietta Smile Gallery. Dr. Thomas and his staff provides top notch customer service. I felt they were thorough with the services rendered. I also truly appreciated their transparency when it came to charges. They list everything out for you beforehand to let you know what you're dealing with. I did pay higher than what I'm accustomed to at this office but I believe they provide quality service. Therefore, I'm okay with paying for it. I highly recommend this office.

By far the best dentist office I've ever experienced. I feel truly valued, educated and supported. More than just a patient, I feel part of the family. Dr. Thomas exudes so much patience and is very thorough in the work that he's done. Danilo, Teanna, and the entire staff are so knowledgeable and are a breath of fresh air to work with! I am always satisfied with my services and the post-op/visit care! The fact that they call to check on me after a procedure let's me know that the team really care about their patients! If I could give more than 5 stars, they'd receive it!

This is the best dentist I’ve visited! They are so patient and caring, going above and beyond to ensure your comfort. In addition to ensuring my comfort each person shared what they were getting ready to do, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I highly suggest giving them a chance, especially if you had a traumatic prior experience with another professional. They will truly make you wonder why you put this off for so long.

This is by far the best dental office I have been to. I usually dread going in for work on my teeth but everyone here is so relaxed and create a calming environment. This was hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and most efficient dentist, I have ever been to. The office is super nice and squeaky clean. You don't even feel like you're at a dental office. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They were so kind and concerned about my comfort that it took away all my thoughts I had about seeing the dentist for the first time since I moved. Well Done!

Dr. Michael Thomas at Marietta Smile Gallery is fantastic. I'll say this, I had a terrible experience with another area dentist years ago that kept me from going back for any dental treatment for years. Met Dr. Thomas at a Walton High Varsity baseball game. He convinced me to give him a try. I was apprehensive at my first visit and he and his staff put me at complete ease. Since then I have had some chipped front teeth repaired which he did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

The office is decorated beautifully. Dr. Thomas is professional, gental and attentive. Just a excellent dentist all around! Jennifer the manager is on point, very professional & Beautiful. Gaby the assistant is sweet, kind and beautiful as well. Oh and the hand scrub in the bathroom is awesome, I'm about to go buy me some😀
