My front windshield cracked over the weekend, I called and spoke to Cesar, he gave me a quote over the phone and came to replace it the very next day! Cesar at Executive Auto Glass was responsive and professional. He was able to tell me in minutes whether I had to have my windshield calibrated or not after the new windshield was installed. TOTAL SCAM!! This company will drive through neighborhoods, break your glass and then have the part to replace it. When one looks to google repair facilities in the nearby area, Executive Auto Glass will populate in a Google search. The company lists their business under several different names and no matter which number you dial, you will be directed to Executive Auto Glass even when they are listed under a Google search under something else. I was referred to Caesar from a friend (one of those friends who has a person for literally everything and every single one of them are top notch).
Something hit my windshield yesterday and it hit hard. It made a huge impact and I didn't want to wait to take care of it. I called yesterday afternoon and they came out to my home today. I was given a time frame of 11-1 and they were here by 1130.
Everything took about a half hour and they were extremely professional, quick, and did great work.

My car was broken into and I called Cesar within an hour of it happening on a Sunday night. He was able to send someone out the next morning before expected time. Cesar was amazing. After pulling into my garage with tailgate of new GMC Denali wide open smashing my rear glass I contacted them around 845pm on a Thursday night. Cesar answered and came to my place of business to repair my glass for me back to new. They were friendly fast and clean and affordable. Thank you guys I would use you again and refer you to friends

Bought a car that the front windshield was shattered. I had called they provided a quote and I booked an appointment. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival- showed up on time. Replaced the windshield with sensor in 20 minutes. He also took a few minutes and helped me put the bumper back in the clips so it's not protruding. I bought the car a hot mess with the intention of getting it just driveable but it is looking pretty nice.
I was so impressed that I have another appointment to replace another windshield which has been broken for at least 5 years - safelite had quoted me $500 to replace

If you're looking for an unreliable, unprofessional, irresponsible business for glass repair or anything else, you call executive auto glass, I ordered a windshield replacement, He called my insurance, agreed with them and We maid an appointment at 9.30 AM, He doesn't show up at all, didn't call to inform, I left him 2 messages, NO ANSWER, called him , NO ANSWER, at 11.30 AM he calls to ask who I'm, I ask him why, he didn't show up, he said:
they ordered the windshield but it's not here yet, it will arrive at 12 PM .
and he will come right away to install.
It is 3 PM , and still haven't heard

When my husband's driver-side window shattered, we quickly found Executive and called for the best fix. They came out the next morning and fixed it within a half an hour. I have never seen a window replacement done so fast! The fact that they came to our apartment was so convenient since driving with a shattered window would have been a nightmare. They even vacuumed up the broken glass and cleaned the window after installment. I'll definitely recommend and keep these guys on call if anything happens again!

I own a 2006 BMW X5 and called "Westminster Auto Glass" aka Executive Auto Glass to replace the passenger rear door window on my vehicle. On Sat Jan. 19, 2019 two men showed up to replace the glass. When asked if they had worked on BMW's, they assured me they had and that it, "Shouldn't Take Long." They were right...didn't take long to screw up my whole door!

Look, I get it. You see a one star rating and you dismiss it because you think this one person had a "one-off" experience. I do the same thing. All I am going to do is recount my exact experience and let you decide for yourself how may stars it deserves.
I had a very small crack in the windshield. To be specific, like the size of a pen point. It was so small that I had to really inspect it in my garage to see if it was a crack. Didn't grow, but I was annoyed by it after a few weeks. So we looked on Yelp for someone who could come to our house and came across Executive Auto Glass

I called Executive Auto Glass to replace a piece of side glass on my vehicle after a burglary. They provided me a quote over the phone that was very reasonable and offered same day service. The technicians arrived within the specified window, were professional, and quick. The whole process took only twenty minutes and the glass they used matched the level of tint of the my existing glass perfectly, and even vacuumed up the broken glass I had missed when I cleaned up initially. Cesar was great. He was referred by a local window tint place and I see why. I got estimates from 3 different companies, and Executive was the lowest. BUT, I got all the same guarantees and items included. I got:
- same quality (non-OEM) safety glass, including upper tint and shade feature around rear-view mirror
- new moldings all the way around
- work done in my driveway
He was clean, efficient, and friendly. He even went out of his way to help fix a loose body molding that wasn't part of the windshield replacement.
