My nephew tossed a pebble and it shattered my back windshield on Christmas Day. I was pretty bummed. But I lucked out and was referred to Alfa auto glass. Ricardo came out and took great care of my problem! He was super friendly and professional! In and out in less than 1 hour. I cannot understate how appreciative I am for Ricardo! Great work!

My windshield was shattered on Sunday January 2, 2022. Drove over to Alfa early Monday morning, got a quote and a time of 2:30pm. Came back early and one of the technicians had just rolled in and got to work instantly. Unbelievably professional.. The job was done in about an hour and the quality was astounding. I would, without a doubt, refer Alfa without question.

Terrible customers service called em a week or so ago told em I need a windshield for my car give em make model he said oh ill call u back in a bit.......its been more than a week nothing. And to reply to your respond yes I did called the right number. I called once July 22 u did not pick up the once again July 23 that was when that incident occurred.

Excellent communication, and came through just as they said! Broke my rear window on a rainy day.... asked for asap repair and they bumped my appointment 3 hours earlier than expected. Repair took only 20 minutes and done!!! Was misquoted a price and they gave me the price I was quoted. Rare to find a business this honest and professional. I highly recommend Alfa and will refer them any day of the week. Thanks you guys!!!

I had the displeasure of having to assist this business with a mutual customer who bought our warranty. As I was trying to locate this business in our system ( a business which has never done business with us before) a rep yelled at me. He said that, " I am not good at my job; that I don't know what I'm talking about and I should just get hung up on because no matter what we need to pay anyway. " He was the most unpleasant person and the most unprofessional gentleman I have ever had to work with. I would not recommend them if you want good customer service or want to use any aftermarket warranties

One of our workers was brush cutting with the weed whacker & accidentally threw up a rock in the process & broke a window on our RV. I googled & found Alfa at the top of the list, called & he immediately asked me to send pictures, got back to me ASAP & came out the next day (on a Sunday no less) driving an hour to get here & took out the broken window, cleaned up the glass mess, put up cardboard until he returns in 5 days (another hour drive both ways for him) & came back & installed the new window! They are so professional, fast & super courteous ~ only place

My left rear driver window wouldn't roll up so i called around 11am and they sent out a technician, Miguel, by 130pm! My problem was a bit more complicated than could totally fixed right then but he was able to get the window back up in a secure position. Such fast and great service, i will definitely be back, thank you Alfa Glass!

Guilmar came to us at an RV Park to replace our RV windshield. His van is sharp and professional, he is prompt, professional, friendly and extremely skilled!! He worked quickly and efficiently. We were on vacation and on a tight schedule. Alfa Auto Glass had to travel 5 hours round trip to pick up the new windshield for us so we could continue our vacation as planned!! His work was METICULOUS!!! We highly recommend Guilmar and Alfa Auto Glass!!

Great people to work with called them about installing a rear glass on my kids car I had the glass just needed it installed they made a time and came and installed it cleaned up all the old glass in the back and even repaired a bad molding that I wasn't expecting to have fixed thanks for good clean work pleasure to work with nice guys .

I had a chip on my windshield for a Sl55 and I reached out to Alfa Auto Glass. If you read some of other reviews, I only like the best. When you want the best, you call Guilmar. In the past I used another firm, but after reading all these wonderful reviews. I decided to give Alfa Auto Glass a go. It was a delightful experience and the level of professionalism was spectacular. I like support small business, but per obvious reasons I would not to see Guilmar again as I do not want any of windows to be broken.

When a homeless man decided to smash my window with a beer bottle for no reason, I was pretty unhappy. When I learned that the window could only be bought from a Lexus dealership (because it was some 'special' type of window), I was even less happy because I knew the dealerships charge double anywhere else. After calling around hoping some auto glass place would have an alternate solution, I finally found Alfa Auto Glass. I'm not sure how he was able to do it when no one else could, but the owner was able to come install my window within 2 hours of my call, and he charged way less than the dealerships

I was a little worried, reading the few 1 star reviews, about no-show appointments, but Guilmar did show up within his appointment window.
Price was reasonable, service seemed top notch, warranty is reassuring.

Unfortunately our vehicle's drivers side window was smashed late Friday night. I called several companies on Saturday including the one recommended by our insurance company. I received a return call from Guilmar from ALFA Auto Glass. He quoted me a very reasonable price and said he could get the job done Monday morning. Guilmar showed up on time as promised and completed the job promptly. I still not have heard from the other companies I left messages with. Hopefully hope not to need another glass replacement but would call Guilmar at ALFA Auto Glass again. I would highly recommend him

Here at Clear Coat Frame & Auto we use Alfa Auto Glass for all of our glass repairs. They only use high quality OEM or PPG glass with expert installation. When you get windshield repair you want to make sure that you are having some one who knows how to get the job done right perform the repair. Many glass companies dont back their work up, but Alfa does.

So, on one of my last nights in SF my car was broken into!! I shopped around and found someone from Yelp to fix the window. Bad idea, came to the house while it was raining didn't put the right color window in but it was to dark in the garage to tell.
