We are conveniently located in Knoxville's Historic Old City at 104 West Summit Hill Dr. SW, Knoxville, TN 37902 at the corner of Summit Hill and Central. Customers will find a number of available paid parking spots very nearby. There is metered parking next to the PetSafe Downtown dog park on S Central St., State Street Parking garage is two blocks south of our building and there is metered parking one block from us going west on Summit Hill.

I am new to Knoxville and decided to give this medspa a try since I live nearby. I am so glad that I did! The staff was so nice and so welcoming. They were very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. I have already been twice this week and have an appointment to return a third time in one week! I went to Old City MedSpa for my first sugaring.I had gotten numerous waxes in the past but was fearful of the pain and the regrowth. Emily was such a professional. I HIGHLY recommend Old City Medspa! I have been going there for over a year and couldn't be happier. I see Mahala regularly for photo facials and other treatments. She is so kind and knowledgeable and I always love being able to chat with her about life. I have also seen Kelley for injections and have been extremely impressed with her skill and knowledge. I love that she does not go overboard with injections and is very honest about her opinions on what to do. I also enjoy seeing Ashton, who holds the fort down! You can tell that she enjoys taking care of the clients and always responds quickly

Emily Langford is hands down the best aesthetician in the Southeast. My first appointment with her was about three years ago when she was offering a discount for a sugaring session. At the time, I was getting my brows threaded, however after my easy, painless sugaring appointment I figured I'd book an appointment for my brows as well. Since that day, I've been hooked.
