Susan is the best. I started with Melasma, sun damage and large pores. Now my skin is clearer, smoother and brighter than it has EVER been!! The very first time I went there, I felt so welcome and comfortable. I look forward to going there each time. It is a beautiful (and immaculate) place. Susan is very personable and the atmosphere is calming. She doesn’t make you feel pressured or obligated to buy any products or services. She listens to you and your needs and simply presents you with options. Very kind and professional. I did the cool sculpting and the experience was very relaxed and comfortable. I just had a Lumecca treatment today with Susan. It was my first ever more "clinical" type treatment. I was a little nervous, but Susan takes great care to make sure you are comfortable. She took quite a bit of time on aftercare and I am not in any pain whatsoever!

Susan is so knowledgeable about skin care. I’ve had a few different treatments with Susan, and have been pleased with them all. With her, you get no surprises. She tells you what reactions (if any) to expect post-treatment, and how long they’ll last. I’ve never been surprised and never had to rearrange my schedule because she always told me what to expect. I’ve had treatments at other places that were successful, but the down time was a lot longer than I was led to believe before the procedure was done. I highly recommend her!

Susan has always been a welcoming and knowledgeable person. Her and her staff always make sure you have a relaxing and worth your while experience. They are efficient and double check if you need anything! I have had problems with sun spots, acne, etc. and her products are the only thing that work for me! I highly recommend visiting and booking you a session! You will not be disappointed.

Everyone at Skin Solutions is so nice and down to earth. The environment is clean but also cozy. You can tell Susan really loves helping people become the best version of themselves and is not about overdoing it! They carry really great products that are tried and true but also have newer brands that have something new to offer to the skincare market.

Susan is one of the sweetest people I know. She has taken the time to get to know me, and always checks up on me before each treatment. I feel like family! She is very knowledgeable in this industry and genuinely wants to help her clients look/feel better. Personally, she has helped me through some hard times with adult acne and scarring.
