I live in Cincinnati, Ohio, but I'm originally from France, and I'm excited to bring a French twist on keto baked goods. My family has been gluten-free for several years due to my 8-year-old son gluten intolerance, and we decided to start on a no sugar and low carb path almost a year ago. More than just being a new fad, the ketogenic diet emphasizes the health benefits of removing sugar and most carbs from one's diet.

I was stubborn and wanted a keto birthday cake for my birthday, but couldnt find anywhere lest minute. But then I messaged awesome blossom, and she said no problem! I got a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and yum!!! SO good, not overly sweet and rich. Even my family and non keto son ate a piece! She definitely has a customer for life!
