I went to Gilbert Crossroads to get an assessment done for a tooth extraction and a quote for a bridge. They were very professional and attentive.
Brandy, the X-ray technician, was very good at getting the proper images and took very good care of me. Dr McDougal, the attending dentist, was very thorough and explained to me what needed to be done and why.
I recommend them if you are looking for a dentist in the Gilbert-Chandler area of Arizona.

My words cannot describe enough the great dental experience my children and I had with both Dr. McDougal specialized in adult and Dr. Andersen specialized in pediatric. This is a one-stop dental care for both adult and children. Besides that, they even have orthodontics, periodontics, in-house custom crowning, and more. Assure your stress on dental care with Dr. McDoughal and Dr. Andersen because they are the best doctors in town. This is how I rate them.

I had the best experience at this dental office. The Staff did not make me fell like I was not just number to them. Dr. McDougal was so inviting and friendly and very knowledgeable.
The Dental assistant Ariel was so sweet and very professional. The front desk greater Jess was so friendly and very professional as well.
If you are looking for a dental office I HIGHLY recommended this place. It also has a pediatric dentist next door where I take my three young children.

This team is amazing. Dr. McDougal always shows compassion and professionalism. He takes the time to use all resources to provide options to patients helping them make a decision that works best for patient's financial status and comfort level. The assistants Brandy and Ariel are so gentle and kind. Jessica, the manager in the front, is very patient and willing to go through all financial options. Love this team!

Had my teeth whitened and Ariel did an amazing job!! Dr. McDougal was very nice and took his time explaining the procedure and answering all my questions. Jessica up at the front was very helpful with setting up my appointment and setting the expectations for my appointment. This is an exceptional office with equally exceptional staff!!

Had a great visit for teeth cleaning. Dr. McDougal was very personable. He explained everything he was doing as he cleaned and inspected my teeth. He also told me where I could improve flossing. Dental Assistant Ariel took good care of my fluoride treatment and x-rays. The entire staff was very kind. I highly recommend Dentists of Gilbert Crossroads and I will be back when it’s time for my next teeth cleaning.
