Please please do not move here. I’ve been a resident of Hattiesburg my entire 25 years of life and have never had a worse experience than the one I’ve had the 1.5 years I’ve been here. Firstly I will say that throughout my time here, management has changed numerous times and never for the better, they only get more rude and less responsive with each new-hire. Our dishwasher has never been functioning even after numerous attempts to reach maintenance. My front door was busted and stayed that way for 4 months, risking our safety, they came and fixed the door to an UNOCCUPIED unit 2 weeks before

If you have don't have rental insurance, you get charged a fee. You might still get charged that fee if you show proof of rental insurance, because they are incompetent. One of their employees input the zipcode instead of the apartment number in their system, so our account was never cleared. Without any warning, the charge showed up in our account balance with the rent. I spoke to staff in the office and they could've simply removed the fee. Instead, I had to call another department, spent over 1 hour on hold, just to be told that our refund would take a week. The portal doesn't allow you to pay

I just wanted to make a post for my Hattiesburg people who might be looking for somewhere to rent. I recently moved out of The Park at Mayfield Apartments . They have so many amenities such as mold, roaches, poor grounds keeping, and so much more! The rude management was the icing on the cake.
I just wanted to let everyone know with what my roommates and I had to deal with for 13 months.
1. Mold. When we first moved in, we noticed mold and a leaky sink. We called maintenance to fix this (it took multiple attempts.) Maintenance then proceeded to try to solve the problem by pouring bleach over

Y’all just don’t live here lol the staff has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. I will call all day and get no answer. I’ll literally knock on the door and see staff members inside and they won’t not open the door but instead ignore me. They also claimed they lost my money order for rent multiple times before! Y’all need to get better people in the office before they run everyone off!

I have lived here for a year and we have had continuous problems. I understand that they have limited staff and things get away from them and I’ve been understanding and patient during my stay here and so have my roommates, but the management is not efficient here at all. Our heat broke in the winter and it took three days to fix. Our AC broke a couple weeks ago and they have not given us any answers of substance that they are trying to fix it. We have contacted them several times. Again, I get it. But we live here, this isn’t like a general service like a restaurant or something, this is people’s

This place has more to offer for the price. The fitness center, pool, spacious outdoors living space, storage, and access to restaurants, grocery store and not to mention the ease to highway! The welcome center is just that WELCOMING and family oriented. The assistant property manager is both professional and personable; very accommodating. The space and price is unbeatable. It is the best all around!

I'm giving this establishment 5 stars based on my encounter with one of the employees, Justin Carter. Last week I visited a friend that lives in the apartments. As I was leaving, I stopped to talk with Justin to ask a few questions because my daughter is looking to move out on her own this Summer. I was amazed at how professional, patient and kind Mr. Carter was. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days. I do trust that Tom and Tondra as part of new management will do their best to help turn things around here. They’re awesome and so professional. This was well needed and past due for Foxgate(The Mayfield) and I can honestly say I’ve not had a bad experience with any of the staff as they are now. They always make effort to make themselves available if I have an issue and I can appreciate that. Thanks to the staff for all that you do and are doing to make this community a safe and quality place to live

I’ve been living here for some time now and the best part about living here is the responsiveness of the is the maintenance crew, one in particular Detroit. He goes beyond to find a resolution for any problem that goes with my apartment. He exceeds when it comes to communication, produces a high quality of work, and shows great knowledge of his duties. 5 plus stars in my book
