Windsor Village Apts

The office staff is extremely rude. Also I laughed at what they require considering that these apartments are not nice at all. I honestly do not understand why anyone would live here.

Loved living here. Affordable. Pet friendly. Everyone was so nice! If we had an issue in our apartment, maintenance came in a timely manner. The owners are nice and native to the area so you aren’t dealing with a manager company. Recommend to anyone!

I've officially been living at Windsor Village for a year and three months, I believe, and this has been one of the most relaxed apartment complexes I've been to and lived at. The office staff are kind and always offering snacks! They try to make every process as smooth as possible. The one bedrooms are super spacious with a cute courtyard in the middle of them. I hope this continues to be a home for me as I finish out my degree at USM. I've never had a complaint about this place because everything always seems fair.

I LOVE living here. All the office staff are super fantastic and they like my dog. Even the maintenance staff are awesome and friendly. A wonderful first apartment! Wish I could take these apartments with me when I move.

I lived here for about 2 years and I loved every minute of it. This is a very friendly family owned complex. The staff is wonderful. Sometimes the UPS would leave packages on our doorstep and we would get a call from the office seeing if we needed them moved inside. Paying our rent was very simple and we never had any issues. This place is pet friendly and the atmosphere at Windsor Village is welcoming and safe.

I was treated poorly because of my appearance! I had everything ii needed but I'm first time renter ! I am 20 years old ! I basically was treated like they were better then me ! And I felt judged from the Time I entered the office ! The mother and daughter was so rude and I remained calm and polite ! I Was sitting in the office first and was told since they have other customers it's going to be an hour wait and I drove from Laurel ! I was told to go get some coffee or something ! And it took her 15 min to call and tell me I was denied ! I felt judged and Profiled ! I've worked since I was 16 !

Windsor Village became a second home for me in Hattiesburg. The staff treat their tenants like family. Mrs. Elizabeth and her husband(owners) are welcoming. Ms. Carolyn who helps organize everything there is wonderful and encouraging. I lived here for two terms during school, 1 full year and a 6 month lease that was written per my request. The apartments are clean, neighbors are quiet, usually going to school, or small families of 3. The price is awesome for the space. Maintenance response is always the same day. These are trustworthy people who cultivate an environment of stability and growth

Don't agree with most of these reviews. I've lived here about 15 months and I've literally never had a problem. I've never seen a bug, and while the area around the apartment isn't the best place in town, MOST of the tenants are pretty well mannered college young people.. I live in a open ended townhouse, but I never hear the neighbors. The staff is nice and the amenities are decent for what you're paying. The energy bill does run higher for some reason, like someone else mentioned. Overall a decent place, best I've lived in while in Hattiesburg that wasn't crazily priced student housing.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windsor Village Apartments. Management was always super nice and understanding. Maintenance was on the ball with every request we had. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The complex is a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to USM and Historic Downtown with the newer part of Hattiesburg being only 7 minutes away via Hwy 59. I highly recommend Windsor Village whether you are a student or working individual.

I have been living at Windsor Village apartments for about a year now so I believe I can post this review with confidence. Because of school and work I have had to move to different apartments in different cities about 5 times over the past 6 years. Windsor Village is by far the nicest place I have lived. I currently rent a 2 bedroom townhouse with washer dryer hook-up and a private back patio. Rent, utilities, etc is reasonable enough that I have enough money to still buy groceries and have a little fun on my paycheck through my graduate assistantship. It is centrally located close to the University
