My name is Brendon McCarville. Because I am also someone who has been where you are - stressed, overweight, unhealthy and unhappy. I've struggled with alcohol, drug and food abuse. I've experienced complete physical exhaustion, depression, brain fog and total mental/emotional burnout. And, I found a way out.
Mindset work is a total game changer! Did you know that, on average, only 5% of the decisions we make every day are intentional, conscious ones? And that the other 95% are made based on programming that was instilled in us before the age of 7? Even if you had a great childhood, like I did, that can be pretty scary to think about!
Walking into a yoga studio can be intimidating, even for experienced students! You could be afraid that you're not flexible enough or that you won't have any idea what the instructor is talking about. Maybe your busy schedule doesn't match up with the class times offered at your local studio. Or maybe you have very specific yoga, meditation or fitness goals that need more attention than you get in a class full of people.
So, it only makes sense that when we want to change our physical structure and/or our health, we need to change the way we eat! That's where Nutritional Therapy comes in. Nutritional Therapy helps to bring the body back into balance, which often relieves symptoms like fatigue, insomnia, heartburn, brain fog, excess weight, etc.
