Just got my nails done here. Went in for a fill and was my first visit. Joann worked on my nails. At first glance it looked good at the nail salon. I was happy until I got home and noticed the shellac nail polish is lifting on two fingers. And I also noticed Joann filed my nails so roughly that my cuticle on my thumb was bleeding. See pics! So disappointed, not going back to them again.
This was my first visit and they weren't very friendly either. You would think they would want to retain me as a regular customer but no.

This is my every 2 week go-to. I LOVE my Nail Tech Hailey. She's the only person I will go to. I will not have any1 else touch my toes or hands. Why you ask? Because she takes her time with me and I don't tech hop lol.
The place is pretty clean & always busy.
I think they should offer refreshments because I think every Nail Salon should. I mean, we are there for a least 2 hours. I think it would be a nice touch

First of all 'business owner', price was NEVER an issue. Your nail tech never even mentioned prices not once. I understand it's not a bargaining market and not once during my visit did I try to bargain with either nail tech. Why would I get a deluxe pedicure but we cheap when it came to my manicure? Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Instead of apologizing about your horrible nail tech service, you're speaking on something you know nothing about. Wish I could give this place negative stars!!

I was outrageously charged 112.00 for a full set that took 2 hours. I was quoted 45 for a full set and i would ask how much for Length and he did say 5$ but he didn't mention 5$ per nail, 5$ per nail on design (Vshape), sugar glitter 5$ per nail, this was outrageous I felt robbed as a first and last time customer. I should've wait the 2 days for my nail lady. Very disappointed! Not to mention I write a review on Facebook and the owner T has the Audacity to argue with me as if he was there in person. The service was not great at all and the lady that did my nails was talking to all her co workers saying rude things about me in their language little did they know I understood, I asked for a certain nail look and said exactly like the picture and she continued to do it her own way saying that this and that was better.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this was hands down, one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I live in San Jose and decided to get my nails done with my friend from Modesto, so we came here. I already had acrylics with gel on and I asked the lady to remove my nails because I don't like fills, I wanted an entirely new set. In summary, she angrily refused to remove my nails -- she was super flustered and kept making up excuses that my nails were way too "new", when in reality I had them for over three weeks (she was just being defiant because other ladies were waiting

I was not quoted the price prior to me asking you on Yelp. I asked for clear nail polish...not gel. You're mistaken, sir. But it's ok, it's expected since you weren't there in person.
That also doesn't explain why my nails are cut crooked. But thanks for the reply with no resolution or apology. That says a lot of a business owner.

I've been here a few times. They progressively get more impolite. This last time the two ladies were pretty rude to me. I'm sharing my feedback for the next person because I paid 48$ for a really bad gel pedicure and they weren't nice at all. Honestly, my pedicure is pretty unacceptable for only being two days later. Update : only has been four days and it's already lifting and chipping. Charging that much for pedicures that look like hot garbage is a scam .

I came here for the first time on 6/25/21 with my mother, who wanted her nails done. I only wanted my lower arms waxed, but my mom wanted me to get my nails done with her. All techs were busy with customers when we arrived. One of the girls asks if she can help us, and we ask if they take walk ins. She says yes, and asks if we want manis and pedis. We say yes to the manis, but inform her I want my arms waxed.

I have came here twice...the first time I was near by and I was wondering what it was all about. It was horrible. They lifted after one week and the color didn't even stay. The second time it was for a fill and he destroyed my nails. They were all foggy and I wasn't about to leave them in white and pink. This place is horrible unless you get make an appointment and ask for the nail techs that are actually good. DO NOT WALK IN. This place is horrible for walk ins and I came here because I was in the area and on desperately needed my nails done. PLACE IS NO GOOD!

The pedi was amazing, he took the time and really put effort into making me comfortable and all. But when it came to my Nail set- she was rushing & she didn't attempt to trim my natural nails, did not listen to me when I asked for a coffin shape - she gave me duck nails & I asked her for a multi color tip she only gave me solid. it's like those memes expectation vs reality. They also over charged me since the girl before me got the similar set and only charged her 25 compared to me was 50 .
