I usually get my toes done from this place and they do good toes but I went in December 19 to get my toes done and decided to get my nails done too after a week my nail broke. All my nails were pulling away from the cuticles after one broke I ripped them off which they came of fairly easy. I will come back for toes but the nails did not last long and I spent 90$

I go here all the time but when my acrylic nail popped off at work after just one week to my shock I noticed my real nail had turned green not sure if their equipment is as clean as they would like for us to think. Now I'm treating my real nail with fungal polish let me just say I'm not a happy customer. I don't even want the touching in my nails.

This is my second time receiving a gel pedicure and powdered manicure. I love this place! I was skeptical at first after reading some reviews but I left with my nails half ways done from a salon I walked out of because of how unprofessional and painful my nails were under their care. I desperately called the Pacific Nail Salon a hour before they closed hoping to be seen. To my surprise, they advised me a nail technician would be available. I've been going to this salon for awhile now. The business owner and staff were always friendly and nice but after these past few visits the services they've been providing to their customers haven't been the best. I recently went in on October 1st to get a pedicure. Today, I called them making a complaint about my toenail and asked the owner if I can get reimbursed. The business owner asked me to go in and show them so I did. The whole time I was there I never got an apology for what had happened. The owner told me that he would only be reimbursing me for the basic pedicure service

I came to this spot because it was close by to where I live and the couple times I went there was no wait. First 2 times were ok not the best service but what do you expect from the workers just about there money and getting the customer in and out. Well this last time I went which was yesterday was the last time I will be giving them any of my hard earned $ . This time I got the owner to do my pedicure ( I only get those ) she wasn't attentive . Didn't even greet me or anything. This Nail salon does the stand by the work that is done by their technicians. I went into for a broken nail that happened 5 days after getting a full set and was told they only will correct problems if it is within 3 days. (It was the 4th of July holiday weekend and I was out of town and they were closed on Monday). My nails were done very poorly and I left with 3 fingers bleeding, uneven nails and my nails looking like I had them done 2 weeks ago as they were so far from the cuticle.
They do not stand by their work and I will not be going back!!

The front girl that answers the phone really needs to work on her customer service and attitude. She does not greet customers in a polite way and has the phone on speaker all while taking down appts, people's names and phone numbers. This is the reason why I am giving this place 3 stars aside from them overcharging their customers. A basic long one color set with small rhinestones on one finger for each hand costed $80. No designs at all. Way overpriced. Their work is ok, I could've gotten a much flattering set with more rhinestones & designs for that same price elsewhere.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister who got a pedicure done at Pacific Nails. She's been consistently coming to this salon for a while and has been satisfied every time so it's a shame that we have to write a one star review.
The most recent (and now last) time she was there she scheduled a pedi for 11am but wasn't seen until 11:30. This was frustrating because she had other things to do and their time management should be consistent considering 1) she scheduled an appointment in advance for a specific time and 2) she's a regular costumer.

When the salon first opened it was great in the way of their customer service being excellent. Yes, Tammy is the go to person in this salon. She has done my nails twice and I didn't have a problem. She nailed the ombré look I was looking for. However, she can get stressed out and work fast on your nails when it gets busy.

Great salon. It's big and roomy. Great ventilation and clean stations. I especially love that for pedicures, each scrub/lotion is individually packaged. My experience with other salons when getting more specialized pedicures is they use a tub of scrub. I always questioned sanitation and cleanliness with other shops when it's a large shared tub.
I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place!
