In 2013, during a class my sophomore year of college, the beginning workings of Meatless Meals began. I was given a class assignment to use the tools I'd learned in class to promote a passion project. I came up with the idea of Meatless Meals in order to show my class all the wonderful meat free options available and to educate them.
Making healthy choices in a world that is saturated with processed foods and animal products can be challenging. If you are ready to make the switch to a whole foods plant-based lifestyle and are unsure on where to start, my nutrition kitchen coaching will set you up on the path to success. For those just starting out, the world of eating plants can seem overwhelming, limiting, and confusing.
I grew up playing sports in school and fell in love with lifting weights about 8 years ago. I decided to follow my passion for fitness by obtaining my ACTION Personal Training Certificate a few years ago. If you have a fitness goal in mind; whether that be to lose weight, tone up, improve your cardiovascular health, or just move more, contact me to see if my services are a good fit for you.
The Meatless Meals Subscription is a constantly evolving online cookbook. Each recipe is crafted with love and created to provide nourishment to our bodies. All recipes are meat, egg, and diary free. Recipes also contain little to no added oil and refined sugar. Plant-based whole foods are at the heart of every dish.
