Mansfield was able to come look at our Mitsubishi Mr. Slim units the same day as I called. Alec was prompt and courteous. After the initial visit, they called the dealer and it was determined that our model was out of date and needed to be replaced. I received another call requesting to come back out to look at it and Trent was here in minutes. He gave his honest opinion which was greatly appreciated. I initially started having Mansfield service my extremely old AC unit. After a couple years I had them install a new unit and do the regular maintenance. Last night I had to call them for an after hours service when some renters stated the house wasn't cooling. Thankfully it was only the filter. They have always been extremely friendly, thorough, on time, trust worthy and competitive with pricing. I am very happy with this company. Started off ok, very responsive but could not fix my unit within a year of visits and getting paid for parts. So.. Mansfield recommended I call someone else and when the new technician arrived and they looked at the unit, it was totally torn apart and Mansfield had all of the pieces. I asked Mansfield to go to my home and put the unit back the way they found it but instead they dropped off a cardboard box full of pieces and parts. The new technician had to put the unit back together plus fix the unit. Now I get charged by Mansfield for work not performed and upon contacting them and stating

I've tried to be a gentleman about it, but regardless of how many times over two months; I've tried to get my AC fixed; they have not followed up on my service call. Every weekend, there's a new excuse, for two months; a new Tina Fey excuse. The last time I tried to get my AC fixed; the lady hung up on the call. Take your money, your patience, your attention to somewhere else; avoid mansfield like you're avoiding haymakers dodgeball please.
