I called All Comfort Heating & cooling company very upset that my A/C shut down days before and needed some service ASAP to have it repaired ( at 830 am.) They said they would have someone out to the house after 3 pm. I was so grateful for their quick response. Robert called early and asked if he could come sooner. Once again, I was grateful for my NEW Heating and A/C company ! Robert came and changed a bad part out and fixed the problem within 1 hour! Robert explained the problem and left me with the old part. I liked that. Honesty.... Robert also talked to me about a great program they have,

WOW..T &T came today in this heat and installed my new unit. Such polite and nice young men..easy to do business with AH&C when their customer service is so great. They called to tell me when they would arrive and promptly went to work even with this elderly woman asking questions…they were very patient and replied to my questions and concerns kindly. This is a company that has great customer concerns at heart..much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Our AC stopped working last night so I called All Comfort Heating & Cooling this morning at 7:30 AM. They had their technician Robert come just over an hour later at around 8:30 AM. He was professional, quick, and he did an outstanding job at targeting the problem and replacing the part for a very reasonable price. Our dog even loved Robert too :) Our air conditioner is now back up and running! Thank you so much Robert and All Comfort!

From the technician that first checked out my dying HVAC system (Robert maybe? -- wait til you get old!) to installers Tamaris and Dequan (hope I spelled the names right, gentlemen), they were a very responsive team. VERY hard workers. Knowledgable, concientious, and neat.

The All Comfort technician called ahead in the time frame he was scheduled to arrive in. He checked all items relating to my temperature complaint and found other deficiencies that needed to be repaired to maximize the heat pump performance including cleaning out condensate drains. He spent time explaining the issues to me. I was so impressed I signed up for their PM and Maintenance Program. Highly recommend!

I have use All Comfort a couple of times for repairs and most recently to replace our unit. Their communication was prompt and their install was neat. I have been pleased with their service so far. I did expect the indoor humidity to be a little lower but hopefully that will improve. I would recommend All Comfort for your HVAC needs.

Being a customer for several years I have noticed a serious degrade in quality of customer service. The time window that a tech is scheduled to be at your house is defiantly an estimate. Recently I was given a time for the tech to arrive for a service call. I received a phone call 20 min prior to the scheduled time and was informed that the tech is about 15 -20 out from arriving. This was appreciated due to the fact I had to take time off and left work to meet the tech. At first it seemed to be very professional. All Comfort Heating & Cooling has been taking care of my home heating & cooling needs for 3 years. I have an annual contract with All Comfort Heating & Cooling to routinely inspect and service my heat pump and ac system twice a year. This way I know my heating & cooling system is operating at peak efficiency. Should there be a problem with my heating & cooling system, the technician explains the problem and tells me the cost to repair the system. I was very pleased with All Comfort heating and cooling when we called them last Saturday morning because our air conditioner wasn't working. Aaron came out that same Saturday afternoon and had our air conditioner working within an hour. We were thrilled. He explained everything he did and charged what we thought was a fair fee. Last night I engaged in some spur of the moment DIY and installed a new thermostat. After I finished programming it the thermostat display indicated all was well so I went to bed without a worry.
