Rick Richard Blanco staff was very nice in first time I met them. Mr Blanco seems to be a very great guy very knowledgeable or what he's doing and he answered all our questions so I give if anyone wants to see that see him I will recommend him to them that's how much I like him he was very like I said very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with and personable that's my opinion thank you

Received notice of Expense payment 1/22/2020 to Binko Law Office. Paid 1 payment 1-27-20 with a follow up email requesting reports relevant to my case, no response. Made 2cnd payment in person & asked about reports, associate said the office will call me, no response. Snail mailed 3rd payment with question about reports, no response. Gave up asking on the 4th payment. Guess I will make the last 5th payment with my 2cnd Social security check and rack it up on lessons learned. I should of seen the red flag of communication when the signed contract 7-23-19 that was emailed was never opened in

Would not return my calls. I called numerous times. He knew time was running out on my case. (He told me that). Originally when I spoke with him he said he would get back with me in 2 weeks. So after the 2 weeks I started calling. Left messages to have him call me. Six weeks go hy never returned my call . So one of the last times I called I spoke with David ( pretty sure it was his son. Mr. Binko and his staff (especially Amy!) could not have been more helpful during my long journey of this law suit. I was hurt very badly after being run over by a car and the service Mr. Binko provided me was beyond helpful, encouraging and most of all caring. The only reason it took so long was due to the continued medical needs I went through. He also won based on his presentation on how my medical needs will be lifelong. I can't thank him enough!
