Worked here and it was the worst place ever. Totally shady. In addition to sending us non-union workers to Union job sites and telling us to lie about it, when I took fmla for my baby and then later a vacation they fired me. They filed it as me quitting to unemployment. They shadily decided to use my FMLA instead of my hard-earned vacation time and informed me of this just days prior to my leaving for vacation and then terminated me and also removed my position from the branch location altogether.
I feel this speaks for itself. I wouldn't work for people like this nor would I work with people

My experience will go down as the Custom Fire Door order that was apparently beyond LaForce Inc's capabilities. I needed a (larger) fire door for my home. The online distributor did not want to get involved in a custom configuration so the manufacturer then referred me to LaForce. After contacting LaForce and explaining that all they needed to do… was contact the manufacturer, let them know that they needed a price for my preconfigured door, calculate their selling price and provide me a quote to order from. LaForce unilaterally decided that they could do better “in-house” eliminating
