Curbside Express Lax is the best!! We used them twice this month from Huntington Beach to LAX and vice-versa.

We had a great experience! Usually my sister picks us up, but our family has grown- with two small children we're talking more luggage and a double stroller- and space/safety was becoming an issue. So when she couldn't pick us up due to her work, I started looking into shuttle services. Curbside Express had the best prices, a comprehensive reservation website (where I could select car seats for my kids) and excellent costumer service (I texted them and got responses right away)-- so I went ahead and made a reservation.

Came onto LAX early AM on Christmas Day!! Thought there would be issues trying to get home.
Contacted Curbside and they were quick to respond! Sent confirmation and pricing.
Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived. He had texted his location, name etc...

After a bad experience with another car service to LAX, I contacted Curbside Express LAX to book our return trip. While making some inquiries via their website's chat app, the owner (Johnathan) gave me his name and cell in case I had any questions. I ended up speaking to Johnathan, who assured me the unsafe driving issues I experienced with the other car service would not happen with any of his drivers.

We were extremely pleased with the service and drivers from this firm. We used them to take us to LAX and for the return home when we arrived back. Our entire trip was confirmed via email. We got reminders for both segments as well as the names of our drivers

Awful experience with this company. Hired them to take my disabled wife, and I to a concert. We assumed we would be picked up at the venue after the concert. When the concert was near an end, we were told we had to walk quite a while to meet the driver. This would have been fine if my wife wasn't disabled with a severe respiratory condition.

I did a fair bit of research for airport rides now that Uber and Lyft are basically unreliable. The yelp reviews were stellar, almost too good to be true (and I thought they were fake!)

I was in a bind after my prior pickup bailed on me and with less than 12 hours notice, reserved with Curbside Express for a very early am airport pickup. I had a little trouble making the reservation, but I think that was due to crappy internet in the airport in Alaska. Regardless, I got a confirmation via email within 10 minutes, and when I got off my plane in LAX, which was about an hour before my pickup, I had both an email with the driver info, and a text from the driver with his name and asking for confirmation of which pillar I would be near. I put a lot of time and effort into research to find a reliable company for a shared ride for the airport. The last time I traveled to and from LAX I used Prime Time and it was a disaster. I wanted to avoid that and also Uber and Lyft. Wanted to book in advance.
