1) Prompt returned Calls
2) Show up on time
3) If there is a delay, notify customer in a timely manner not 10 minuets before you are suppose to be there.
4) Know what you are talking about
5) Professional Courtesy
6) End results meets expectations

If I could give Super Clean 6 stars, I would not feel like that was enough! Don and his son came out to clean our carpet and hardwood flooring today and they did an unbelievably awesome job. Their price was very reasonable, they were friendly, extremely thorough, and incredibly knowledgable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will never use anyone else for any of the services they provide. We are so grateful for these guys!
