Scott not only diagnosed the problem he showed me in detail what he was doing. He ran into a huge problem the old pump was stuck and part of it broke off. If he could not dislodge the pump that meant a new well! But not only did he tell me the cost of either pushing the stuck pump down to the bottom of the well (not an easy feat much less money) or replacing the well (much more money) he worked very hard for the first outcome.

I woke up to no water on a Friday morning and checked the pump. Turns out the pressure switch was not working. After waiting hours for a response call from other drilling companies, I called Brown and explained the problem. They advised me it was a simple fix to replace the pressure switch and they could sell me one. I drove to Brown and purchased the switch for a very reasonable price. While purchasing it the Brown's representative gave me some good tips on what to do while replacing the switch and I was able to use the information to quickly and successfully replace the switch and get the pump

I discovered that my well pump was running then shutting off and then coming back on a minute later. I called Brown Drilling at 8:04 AM 3/29/2021 and they were out here at 9:00AM less than an hour later. We found the issue talked about a resolution and by 11:30 my problem was solved. The price for the work was very reasonable. I would recommend Brown Drilling to anyone that is having a well problem.

Called with a question about my well, Bud asked some questions and gave me some ideas as to what might be wrong, and that the switch may need to be changed. Was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I have a groundwater heat pump, so do not want to wait till it quits. Bud is great. When I need a new pump, Brown will be the ones I call.

Our well pump died and also our holding tank and electrical parts. We called them and they were out the next day. It was a huge job as our well is very deep and we didn't know where it was exactly.The guys worked like crazy and had us up and with water again as fast as possible. Yes, it cost a lot, but so did what they had to buy for us. Per hour, a great value... especially during early covid (March) when there was no place to go eat out, or shower, or get water.

Our well pump went late at night and we were without water. They found a way to fit us in the same day, worked through several challenges, and did great work. Great and friendly to work with as well.
While the project isn’t cheap (especially unexpected) it was very fairly priced and we feel very good about the end result. We would absolutely recommend Bud and team.

The quick service was great! I noticed I had water coming out of the top of my well so I called Brown Drilling & a technician was at my house within 90 minutes! The service tech (Scott) quickly repaired my leak and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely use Brown Drilling again and recommend this company to others.
