J & J Pumps doesn't possess any water well drilling equipment nor does it currently provide well drilling. However, we can refer a local water well driller you can use who specializes in your area. Once the well is drilled, J & J Pumps can provide a competitive bid for the water well pump system, perform a water sample, and bid for water treatment equipment and installation, and fire suppression pump systems as needed.
J & J Pumps is pleased to announce the acquisition of a new "Downhole Video Camera." We added this to our services so that we can offer a complete inspection of your water system to include a video inspection of your casing, and also to inspect the water inlet to determine if the production is dropping due to encrustation (plugging) of the screen.

The electronic float in my water holding tank broke which resulted in a HUGE over spill and leak. These guys were the best. Not only did they fix my problem but they installed an overflow safety valve to prevent it from happening again. Fast response time and quick recovery of the system. Friendly and professional. Patrick came over the same day I called. He was working down the street and was immediately over as soon as he finished there. He was thorough, honest and extremely professional. Even though we weren't excited about the cost and the diagnosis, he made us feel a little more at ease with the situation, (and of course, had no control over the cost or diagnosis.) We appreciate him and will definitely be using J&J pumps in the future, (hopefully, the FAR future.

I had no water for 6 days. Pump not working. They came quickly. Assessed the situation and explained to me what should be done. No pressure. Guys were very nice and professional! My well stopped pumping water and my tenant called Dearman Pumps out whom gave me a $4500 quote to replace my pump they installed 6 years ago on a 5yr warranty. They said it was broken. I called J&J Pumps for a PROFESSIONAL opinion and $415 dollars later all is working normal again.
Not going to make any accusations, you can draw your own conclusions, however, I can certainly recommend J&J pumps if you want a PROFESSIONAL opinion. Had an issues with our well, a guy came out and got our water going but said we needed to replace the pump asap or it was just going to have issues again. The guy told us they could get it done today "no problem". My husband asked him twice if he was sure it could be done today and both times he told us no problem. He said he had to get parts for us and another customer and he would be back. A couple hours later two totally different guys showed up and started taking stuff a part, then just up and left! They had some other person call us from their office and tell us they would have to come back

At 2:00pm we noticed our well had stopped working. We called J&J pumps, Jason was at our house by 3:00pm. He quickly evaluated the situation, gave us our estimate. By 4:45pm new tanks were installed, all new electrical going to our pump was in place and all was working great! What an amazing service! Can't thank them enough for taking care of our situation so quickly! Would definitely recommend them.

We had a problem with our pump, on a Saturday and of course it was after hours when we discovered the problem...
We called J&J pumps and their technician Chance came out to diagnose the problem and promptly fixed it....
It didn't take long until we had water once again.

Great service! I thought my pump had gone out and was fully prepared to change it. The technicians did a full check of my system and were able to change a few electrical parts and get us back into water. They also tested my water onsite and found the source of all the white staining in our home. We will be using them to install our filtration as well. Very knowledgeable technicians!

J&J helped us put in a solar irrigation pump that no one else could figure out how to do. We liked this system so much that we asked J&J to put in another just like it for our lower field. When Cyrus came out and looked at the project, he said that we didn't need a pump and that gravity flow would be better. He helped us test it, and he was right. He could have easily sold us something we thought we wanted and did not need. J&J has done a lot of work for us, and they are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable.

My elderly parents water stopped flowing from their well. They called the competition first (I won't name names), they came out and told them they needed a new pump, be about $3000. (but gave no written estimate so could've been more), then said they couldn't get the work done for a week, so they left their house hooked to the neighbors garden hose. I checked with my electrician for his advice, He said go to J&J Pumps and get a new control box because the capacitor read low amps. While I was there they offered to come check it out for free. What a GREAT bunch a guy's who really know their business

The staff at J & J Pumps are so nice! After having a horrible situation with Dearman Pumps (we are taking them to small claims court) we were worried about a new relationship with J & J Pumps. Amazing experience with j&j pumps!! We lost all water in our house so we called are home owner warranty they assigned j&j, not only where they here in a very short amount of time it took very little time to know exactly what the problem was and the tech garret that was sent was showing and explaining things as he was fixing it which he did in little time . We now have water back with best pressure we have ever had. I highly recommend this company thanks garret and j&j!!

Horrible! I would never recommend J&J pumps to anyone! My family used them and we were over charged, corners were cut, the set up they did doesn't make sense for our property. When I questioned them they said that they are only responsible to get the pressure needed at the well and if I wanted pressure at the house I need to hire a plumber or change the set up that THEY did. They never recommended we change anything. I was talked down to. We regret ever using them. A permit wasn't even pulled on the job! My husband talked to the county and they said it was required. J & J pumps told me they knew arsenic was in my area for years. Arsenic is highly toxic and causes cancer. I am sooo happy a neighbor recommended J & J pumps. Yes! My family has relied on J & J Pumps for probably 50 years. This time, water pressure was low from our well. The technician, Jim, sharply dressed, arrived ON TIME, as they have always done. Jim explained all that he was doing as I sat in a lawn chair, offering suggestions about which I knew nothing, but sounding authoritative. Instead of telling me, stuff it old man, he humored me and got the work done. I tested all by throwing wife in the shower to see if she would come out ok. A little disappointed. She came out ok. I need a plan.
