Here you will find a nurturing, educational environment for children of ages 0 months to 12 years. We offer Infant/Toddler, Preschool, Pre- Kindergarten and After-school programs. Services
Busy Bees Preschool & Childcare opened in my home in 1996. We operated as a large family childcare for nine years growing and expanding our dreams of someday buying a Childcare Center. That dream came true in 2005 when I purchased Bright Beginnings Preschool, hired 4 employees, changed the name name to De'Ann's Busy Bees Preschool and was off.
I have lived in Corning for 20 years. I have operated my home daycare for many of those years. In 2005 I opened Deann's Busy Bees Preschool. I have taught preschool for many years. I was a long term sub at Antelope State Preschool in Red Bluff. I also taught at Kiddyland Preschool for 5 years, as well as directed the 4-H Afterschool Program at West Street School for 5 years.
We have been apart of the Busy Bees family for almost 3 years now and we could not be more happy with our children's care. The whole staff cares about each child and gets to know them individually. Leaving a 6 month old with anyone is hard, but knowing that Busy Bees is a loving, nurturing environment made it so much easier.
Our Preschool program for the 2019-2020 school year is being ran by Lead Teacher Angelina Perez along with Sarah Mattos and Jazlyn Wafford. All three are long time preschool teachers in the Corning and Red Bluff community. We are glad to have Angelina, Ashlee, Jazlyn, and Sarah on our team. Our Preschool program is geared to help your child reach their fullest potential both academically and emotionally.
