Our company began with a simple idea. We felt that customers deserve the best towing service around and, in 1960, we opened our doors to the public, providing towing and vehicle recovery in Southeast Michigan. Though we started off small, we were determined to grow the business one satisfied customer at a time.

Excellent service, 12/10 recommend them. My truck broke down while visiting a friend out of town. I was over an hour from home and obviously couldn't get help from anyone I know. I called lyons! They came out quick, tried giving me a jump and it didn't work. So they towed me back to their shop, diagnosed the issue, and took me to the part store to get what I needed. They let me use their store code for a discount on the parts as well! They stayed 2 hours after close to help me replace the parts. Gave me a couple beers while I was there and didn't even charge me for the labor! Class

To Rich Lyons and the entire staff at Lyons towing, you guys rock. Thank you. Robin blew a driver front tire on the highway last night. She was scared but fine. Car ended up stranded on fast lane side of highway. I called Rich last night at 9pm. He had the car towed and even called me at 10:30pm to let me know the car was safely off the highway and… headed to their shop. Great follow up for my piece of mind. I was happy to hear the tow driver was fine. Rich said those are the most dangerous hook ups on the fast lane side of the highway. I picked the car up this morning with two new tires

Not hitting items on people's property while towing would be a fantastic place to start. You could not then sending a guy with a shovel to poke the ground, then say it's not your issue to fix because the ground is soft.....yeah, when you pull a mailbox almost down to the ground, it loosens the dirt. Imagine that...I used to like you guys and have used you before. I 100% won't be doing that again.

Never a doubt in my mind that they are always there through everything. It was their compassion to help that calmed me down when my car had given out and it would be too dangerous for me to continue driving my car. I got a flat tire last night, officer had to call and you guys came to my rescue and did it out of kindness. I made it home to Ohio and will be getting new tires this week. Thank you so much for the fast and great service. it's nice to know there are still good hearted people left in this world. Thank you again for changing my tire on the highway so late at night💜

We have all had one of those days - well, this was one of mine. I was pulling out of a parking lot when suddenly my car would not shift. I did a quick google search and found Lyons towing. Tony arrived in less than 20 minutes. After taking a look at my car, he not only showed me what was causing the issue, but also showed me how to fix it so I could get home safely.
Thank you Lyons Towing for being the fastest tow truck I have ever had, and thank you Tony for being my knight in shining truck :)
