The folks at Alvarez Roofing are honest, professional and hard-working and their prices are more than fair. They were recommended to us by a friend who is the quality assurance director for a large local construction firm.

Our experience with Alvarez was outstanding. Within a week we had an inspection, quote, questions answered, colors picked and the job scheduled. They were extremely responsive throughout the process. I called and ask to get an estimate on a rental property that I have and was told I would get the appraisal in 6 days which would have been on a Wednesday and I told her that would be fine. I never got the call on Wednesday so I waited until the following Monday and I called them back and the lady was apologetic and didn't seem to understand why she didn't get appraisal to call me. They communicate with you from estimate through completion of work! They came out and gave me an estimate of roof after thoroughly walking the whole roof and taking measurements and then a few days later they sent mea thorough estimate of cost including… an extra fee for roof sheathing if needed!
I found this to be very up front and honest, therefore I knew the exact price of my job with no surprises!
Contract included all work to be done and exact time of completion and the clean up process!
