The creation of Blue Ridge Residential Inspections is the culmination of their dreams, their experiences, and their desire to continue to help people.just in a different way. John Batson came and done our inspection at the property we are under contract on. He was very nice and informative about his job. He asked us not to follow him around so he could concentrate on what he was doing and to also ensure our safety as well. BRRI were recommended to me by my real estate agent, who used them, when she purchased her home. David came out to the house a few days after we contacted him. He was very thorough, taking pictures of everything. His report was 49 pages long! I didn't expect that. David was friendly, professional, & very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions...and we had a lot! I would recommend his company to anyone, & use them again.

We had a pre-sale inspection completed on our property. The process of scheduling our inspection was easy and completed all online. The inspector showed up on time, was courteous, respectful and very thorough. We received our inspection report in less than 24 hours via email. I used Blue Ridge Residential Inspections for both a pre-listing inspection on the home I was selling and for the pre-closing inspection on the home I was purchasing. Nick and Dave were very professional, helpful, experienced, and extremely thorough. They went through every inch of the house and basement. We did not have access to the attic and he returned the following day at no additional cost and finished the inspection. He even made recommendations when I asked questions and explained everything that he did and found. I highly recommend this group if you ever need an inspection
