Berry performed our inspection for us and we are so grateful that he did a thorough job. There were structural repairs made to the home that were not done correctly and whoever inspected the house for the previous owner did not identify these issues on their inspection report.
Our report was very thorough, yet easy to understand.

We used them twice. Adam was the inspector on both. We backed out of the first home due to lots of issues after inspection. We found another home and he inspected it. Both times he was punctual and professional.
I spoke with Julie both times to get the inspections on the calendar. She was very helpful and nice.
