Evan's Heating & Air, LLC. has highly trained technicians and comfort consultants that will perform a complete diagnostic evaluation and make recommendations based on your home comfort needs. As a residential customer and multiple business owner, I have many heat pumps that need occasional work. Evan's recently did a change out for me and the service was great, very prompt and all at a fair price.
The employees were knowledgeable and did a great job of maintaining a clean work area upon completion. It's hard to beat the performance, efficiency and longevity of Carrier heat pumps. I highly recommend Evan's Heating and Air for sales and service. My experience with Evan's began when my heat pump of 7 years cost more to repair than it was worth.

We had water leaking from our unit and flooding our bedroom.
I called and spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone who assured me she would call as soon as they had someone available.
They got to us quickly and took care of the problem efficiently.
Our service tech Josh was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. He did a great job, explained everything, and the price was just right. Highly recommend this company!

I originally went with these guys because they were the company listed as installing my system.
I haven’t used them much because Im pretty handy but they do my seasonal tune ups, and with those tune up you get Freon top offs. So that was one of the things that was needed. But through that whole session the tech educated me on the system and even adjusted my system to run correctly, because I hadn’t programmed my thermostat at all. I really learned a great deal about my system and will now be able to treat it with the care it requires. My Tech name was Tony and I really appreciate his great

I worked with Amy to have a service tech come out to our house and look at our duel system. They did a great job of testing everything and replacing my filters. Our system is kind of old and I was worried about it giving out. They topped off the freon and assured me everything was good.
They were easy to work with and fast!

Pricing is ridiculous... Use someone else.
I have an older trane unit. The condenser fan went out. They came out very quickly. The tech was already in the neighborhood and finished another job early so he just stopped by on his way out. He was here a total of 20 minutes looking at the fan I showed him and said it needed a new motor. 10 minutes of that was diagnostics while the other 10 was writing the paper work and taking my $110 check.
They called me soon after and said it would be another $650 to order the fan and complete the work, and that they needed half of that up front. So $750+ dollars
