We come into this store whenever we're in town! A great array of merchandise for the equestrian or the wannabe western styled! I have bought shoe polish, bandannas, cowboy shirts and hats over the years. It's a treasure trove so much to see, and the people are so nice and helpful. Definitely a go-to spot when in Los Olivos area.

Literally had this grumpy blonde woman who looked annoyed the instant our group (8) walked in treat my wife, kids and guests from out of town as if we were 2nd class citizens. She saw most of us were brown (until I came in), looked at them sideways and told the kids (3/8/10 years old respectively) that they couldn't touch (yes....touch) the toys we were going to get for them as mementos. I was born and raised in SB, I have family that live in the valley, and we had just dropped all kinds of coin next door on lunch and wine at the Cafe. Disgusting behavior, but unfortunately I've been seeing this

This store used to be a very well regarded store, reading these comments are a sad testament to what has become of Jedlicas.I hope it goes out of business and saves the reputation it once had,but it appears it's already to late.Sell it while it still has a chance, with the current customer service you will bury this business Anyways.
Nothing worse than paranoid sales people that have no skill set to sell,or be respectful to customers. Why bother?
I won't ever go in this store again,I'll remember what it was years ago it was the store you always stopped into.
very sad.......

I came here with the absolute intention of purchasing a hat. But I ended up walking out. The "sales person" had the personality of a doorknob!
I had mentioned to my husband that I would love a 'vaquero hat' and that I didn't want something inexpensive-- so I thought that coming here would be the right choice. Negative!

The woman followed us around as if we were going to steal something-- she literally had a stink face the entire time. I asked her if I could change the band around the brim of the hat that I had tried on; she pointed and said: Yes. "Okay, let me

Very nice products but I honestly felt very uncomfortable with the woman working. She kept staring as we looked around the shop. We ended up purchasing a few things which she asked us to leave on the cashier stand as we looked at more items in the store. I'm not sure if it was because my boyfriend and I are young or because we are Hispanic but I'm not planning on returning to a shop in which I'm not trusted.

Very kind staff and very helpful. Needed new riding boots and after explaining what I needed and wanted and what size I was, the kind lady guided me to the perfect boot. Thanks again!

Horrible! Horrible experience there! I remember the staff in Santa Bárbara being so welcoming and amazing it was such a disappointment coming here. Was greeted by a grumpy blond lady. The lady seemed annoyed with customers and kept rushing me to choose items. Would have left empty handed and gone somewhere else to purchase stuff but I have driven over an hour to get there.

I was parked in the shade in the back alley on a hot afternoon as I waited for a friend to spend plenty of $$$ in this shop.
The nasty staff person rudely informed me it was private property and I would impede her safety if she had to move her vehicle in an emergency

You kind of have to know what you want when you shop Jedlicka's as the staff are all Seniors who have been in the Equine World for several Generations. Their inventory is great prices are high end typical of the County. Pleasant store and overall happy atmosphere.

If your near the little town of Los Olivos this store is a must stop! Cute country knock knacks, western boots, horse tack, a lot of clothing. There is a small toy section for the kids. Great hats to browse, leather supplies.

I was given a gift (October) of two blouses and took them back (December) Since the person paid in cash I was given a store credit of around $200.00. The sales woman gave me a business card size note for the store credit which I said I was worried that I'd lose the card, she said no worries we keep it in file. I went shopping yesterday and they said no record of my store credit was found! They said I should have been given a receipt (large piece of paper) but I hadn't. So now I'm out $200! And what a racquet for them to steal from the customer!

I'm a fit, warm, and capable 60-year-old woman. I have many years of customer service experience with Vons Grocery Company where I worked as a cashier. I've earned the reputation as a first-class employee and I'm an expert at engaging customers and ensuring them top-notch shopping experiences. It wasn't my first choice to post this very negative Yelp review. Initially, I'd planned to file a report with the Better Business Bureau regarding Jedlicka's Santa Barbara store. After a bit of research, I discovered the BBB will not document grievances between employees and

Do your self a favor and DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go to amazon or anywhere else. They have horrible customer service and do not stand behind their products.

I bought a pair of boots for my seven year old, not cheap! They said "leather uppers". He wore them for a couple of hours and the inside above the heel began to crumble; literally crumble. They were actually a cheap plastic. I sent an email to their customer service email after calling and getting nobody. We were trying to leave town. So, we delayed our leaving and came the next morning with the obviously defective boots. The woman who

Kylie at Jedlikas in Los Olivos was beyond helpful when I appeared last minute at their store looking for black western dress boots for a vineyard wedding. After determining my size was not available in the beautiful black boot I fell in love with, Kylie made it happen by contacting the manufacturer and overnighting the boots.

Thank you so very much to Kylie and Jedlikas for the wonderful service. Not only are my boots beautiful, they are awesome quality and a perfect fit! I am now a loyal Jedlika's fan :)

The customer service (especially at the SB store) is severely lacking which is the main reason for my lower star rating. I called the SB store looking for an item and was not given the time of day, told they do not have it, and hung up on. I called the Los Olivos store to see if they may have said item. I spoke with Kylie who was BEYOND helpful, sent me photos of what was available at the store, and even called the SB store to see if they had the item..which it turns out they did. Thanks to Kylie's excellent customer service I was able to find what I was looking for. She was great and I think

I walked in a few days ago. There were two women employees, one at the register, one standing next to her, I was the only customer in the store. They were talking non-work stuff. I was looking for a new hat, so I stood there looking around. One of the women looked at me, didn't say anything or even nod, just went back talking. I saw the hats hanging up to the left so walked over to them, went up and down the isle a few times looking. Both employees just kept on gossiping (I could hear them). I waited about another minute for some assistance, nothing. So I walked out. As I walked out the door
