As far as I’m concerned at this point, this business is a scam. STAY AWAY! We contacted Zack to do a railing project for us in September 2020. Everything looked great and we paid a down payment for the project to begin. We were told the railing was finished and just needed to be installed and we’re even given an install date. The date came and went and after a couple weeks we tried to get in contact with Zack and his shop, to no avail. Now it has been multiple months with no contact from Noco weld and we are having to pursue other options to recover our money from this scam. Please, do yourself

If you’re looking for a rough set of stairs that is sturdy and rustic, these guys are fine. However, if you are hoping for a high quality set of well-finished interior stairs, I would look elsewhere. We had Zack and his team design and install a set of monorail stairs for us about a year ago. Zack was great to work with at first, but became very unresponsive as the project continued. Several times he would miss an install date with no notice, then text several days later announcing he would arrive in 30 min. This became a persistent issue throughout the project, even after being directly asked
