I had a very small project that Loren was more than willing to assist with. I emailed him my drawing of a steel bracket I needed fabricated and within a few days he had finished it! He communicated well and kept me informed. When I went to pick it up he was great as well. Thanks Loren, I will definitely use you again and recommend you to others.

I would highly recommend this steel shop to anyone. They have been helping me out for years now with all sorts of miscellaneous steel. Loren and the guys in the shop always do a great job!!

This firm took a job another welding firm wanted to charge more than double for: Re-fasten a trailer hitch to the uni-body frame of my car. My instructions were simple: Weld the hitch back to where it was separating from the uni-body; make sure it's stronger than it was when I brought it in. Since they were close by I went for it.
The manager did the job on time and below budget. When does that ever happen? When you are getting RIPPED OFF, that's when. My VERY FIRST TRIP later, and my trailer was literally (and dangerously) falling off the car. When I took a good second look

I am a homeowner and have very few issues where I need something welded. But when I do, I always call Mt View Welding for help. Last week the rollers on one of my freezer baskets snapped off. Called MVW and they said "absolutely, they could fix them". I am always pleased with the work they do for me, especially since my fix-it jobs are piddly-little. I highly recommend their work.

Needed a hitch modified and they offered to have it done the next day which I appreciate however, wasn’t in that much of a rush. They also offered to paint it which I hadn’t thought of and for a very reasonable cost. They ended up going beyond my expectations and costing less than they quoted me. I’ll definitely be back for any welding jobs I need.

This is my go-to location for any of my projects that include steel work. Loren and his crew are all extremely friendly, and will be happy to assist you with any project, regardless of how small. The prices for pieces of steel are great, and they'll cut the length and amount you need right then and there, and have no problem helping you figure out the right steel for your application. Aside from the steel and welding services, the customer service won me over 100%, and I have been going here for my fabrication projects since.

I called this shop today looking for sheet metal to install on trees to prevent raccoons from climbing and chewing the bark. They sell sheet metal, but the thinnest is about 1/16" and it costs $60 for the size I need. I explained that I didn't want to spend that much and didn't need something that thick. The fellow on the phone gave me a couple of possibilities where I might find a thinner piece. The first place I called had what I need and it only cost $25.
This shop made no money on its transaction with me, but they earned a future customer if I ever need welding done. Thanks
