I have stayed at the Lighthouse Inn many times over the last few years and every time it has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable. The rooms are in excellent condition and they offer all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. Marty and Vickie do an excellent job managing the motel and they are very enjoyable people to be around.

I reserved a room for 3 nights (Fri., Sat., Sun.) at the Lighthouse Inn for my father and daughters. My dad got too sick to travel so I called and cancelled my reservation a week before. I got a call early in the morning on that Saturday from the owner of Lighthouse Inn and he was very angry and told me that he could have rented my room 30 times and had charged me for 3 nights because I hadn't canceled. I told him I had canceled the reservation but he told me I didn't and in fact he did charge me for 3 nights even though he knew we wouldn't be there for Sat and Sun nights and

I stayed here for 5 1/2 months and received 5 STAR treatment the entire time. Room was always cleaned, mail is brought to your room,
Marty and Vicky are the best folks you could ever hope for as hosts. Zero security threats. Prices are more than fair. Plenty of hot water. The Inn also has many patron cook outs and music that you cannot help but to join in the fun. This place is much better than any upscale hotel I've ever stayed in. Felt like home away from home !!!!!

The light house inn is fantastic. I'm a tyson team member and needed extended stay. I don't ever leave reviews but I feel these guys more than deserve it. They go way above and beyond They take real care of you. They truly care about people and they're every need. Excellent service and more than fair prices. Just to name a few of my experiences they aired up my tires as I couldn't find any in town one sun. My pants needed repairs and they handled that. They washed my laundry. I better add I paid small fees of course which is expected. Owners communicate very well and are always understanding and

Very Friendly, Clean, Professional and Good price for Good Value.
I came to Storm Lake for business and was not sure how long I would be in the area. I ended up spending 6 months here. I spent 2 weeks at another hotel that was horrible. I moved to the Light House Inn and was very happy I did. They have weekly rates available which worked well for me. They were also very considerate to my sleep schedule with housekeeping and maintenance. They were also willing to work with me on payments when I was having an issue with the bank. I also had several packages delivered and they would be placed inside
