I recently had some very buggy malware that completely messed up my computer. A friend of mine recommended Compushooter. Joel was very polite. Even better, he didn't make me feel foolish for getting a bug. He even said "I'm an IT guy and even I get malware every year or so". He proceeded to dial in and clean it out for me. Price was $129 flat. He sold me virus protectin for $29. To compare, Geek Squad sold us one for over $100 that didn't detect the virus that Joel fixed.
