Dr. Elise DeLuke is a board certified dermatologist. She completed her dermatology residency at the prestigious University of Rochester after graduating from University of Buffalo Medical School. She is dedicated to delivering top-quality medical and cosmetic care to her patients. Dr. DeLuke was born and raised in Amherst, New York and is very excited to be part of the community again.
Originally from Western New York, Dr. Malikowski is excited to move back to the community with her family and is honored to have the opportunity to provide dermatologic care to the region that she calls home. Fellowship-trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

My first visit for assessment of my concerns. Everything went fine. People are professional and very personable. A delight to work with. There was an initial assessment and a skin sample taken for a biopsy. A follow-up meeting was scheduled to discuss results of biopsy and how matters will have progressed as a result of using the prescribed medications. Very satisfied thus far.

I made an appointment for my daughter and we live a distance away. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment. On the day of the appointment I got at call in the morning and the girl (with an accent and couldn't understand her and was very rude) asked for my insurance. After I kept my daughter home from school and was getting ready to leave our home, the girl on the phone said who is your insurance carrier and I told her she said we don't accept that type of insurance and I said I have cash and credit cards and she told me we don't accept cash or credit cards and we are not taking new clients at this

Was dissatisfied with the care I was provided. Having spent most of my life with adult acne and tried most things on the market and wanted to see a specialist as I have seen Dermatologists who worked with me in the past. I was given about 5 mins of the standard "care" for acne most of which I had already said I had tried and was promptly pushed out the door. I Immediately cancelled my next appointment..but they certainly billed me for a "30-44min" appointment. Will look elsewhere.

This office is terrible. Very difficult to reach anyone over the phone. I had paperwork sent in so that I could purchase an at home phototherapy machine and they sat on the paperwork for almost a month and let it sit in my file since they "didn't know what it was for" despite there being a detailed description and a follow up message giving clear instructions. Then I wasn't even informed that I would need to be seen again in order for the paper work to be filled out, I had to find that out after having another healthcare professional call in and inquire about my paperwork (the

I was able to get an appointment within 4 weeks from calling. I arrived 10 minutes early, and was taken care of on time. Not very often can you leave your home, go to a Doctor's appointment and be back home in under 1 hour, WOW! Receptionist is very friendly, Dr. DeLuke is great and very thorough, and support staff was wonderful. The office/reception area is very clean and bright. Highly recommend using their services.

they will not call you back unless you leave them an inflammatory voicemail. they also refuse to give information on medication or to communicate with whomever is paying the bill. I can call every other Dermatologist in Erie County NY and SPEAK to an operator. I strongly urge anyone to keep looking. absolute joke.

This office has terrible communication. The first thing that bothered me is that I had to go out of my way to get in touch with someone to get my test results. When I finally spoke to a human (not a million answering machines), the lady was very unclear of what I tested positive for. Additionally, I've been trying to get a refill on my prescription for two days now and have yet to hear anything from the doctor or nursing staff. I think there are many other places in the Buffalo area that could provide better service.

Horrible customer service. I had to ask to speak to a doctor when I got my test results, doctor didn't even plan to speak to me. Then I called multiple times a week later for my test results and they want to call me at 4pm with unclear results, then discharge me as a patient. Well I'm sorry that you gave a diagnoses so far in advance and had me go to testing and had me frantic about something that can be life-threatening.
So rude too. I can't believe it. As a law student, I will not refer you to anyone.

I reached out to this office, in search of having a chemical peel after researching its benefits. I contacted their office and scheduled a consultation. Once there, I did NOT meet with one of the licensed Dermatologist but met with an Aesthetician (a person who is knowledgeable about the nature and appreciation of beauty, especially in art). I didn't feel that I should be concerned but now given my complaint; I should have requested that consultation with one of the two licensed professionals. I live around the corner from the new building on main and Kensington so I figured out of convenience I would make an appointment there! The second the woman answered the phone she was short with me and had an attitude. All she asked was what insurance I had and she put me on hold for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I gave up. May be a good doctor and a nice place, but first impressions are everything.
